 Veg Wrap Lettuce

These vegetarian wraps from Revive are
such a delicious plant-based meal! It was the
first time I was trying veg lettuce wraps and
I actually didn’t know how to eat them, but I
soon learned to put together all the chopped
fillings and spoon them into my lettuce like
a little lettuce boat and eat it all at once.
These vegan wraps included sautéed onions,
mushrooms, zucchini and sesame sauce which
made for a surprisingly amazing mashup. Tip
from the chef: spread the almond butter sauce
onto the lettuce leaf first and then fill it up
with your veggies—this will help the fillings to
 stay in.

One Punch Man, one of the most successful animes, focuses on
a hero that is very overpowered, and kill his foes with a single
strike. Yet another comedic, adventure anime, it sure is fun to
watch. With other superpowered characters, the heroes that
work with the government must protect the public from the
threats that occur almost all the time. The heroes are given
different ranks, with “S” being the highest, and are assigned
suitable tasks.

Oshin Sitaula, a well-known media personality, has established her name in the industry with her spontaneous, and
expressive hosting and presenting expertise. She started off as a presenter at M&S Kantipur Television and then
became a producer, and today has started her own production house, RGB Productions, which specializes in the
creation of movies, documentaries, content writing and digital marketing.

Were you always interested in
journalism?
I didn’t actually have interest in this
field. However, I always knew I wanted
to do something that made me happy. I
stumbled upon it and it turned out to be
good. I was asked to join M&S and went
for it without much thinking. However,
it turned out as one of those things that I
really love doing and I actually ended up
working for seven years there.

You are well-known for your hosting
and interviewing skills. How do you
manage to do that?
I have loved being on stage ever since
I was a child. I think the stage is one
of my things and communication
is my strength. The key to good
communication is listening to the other
person. Listening in terms of not only
what they say but their body language
as well. Communicating and talking
to people is a stress buster for me
because I really get into that particular
conversation. This really helps me out as
the other person eventually shares his/
her secrets with me and starts feeling
comfortable. I guess that’s where I’m
good.

You must have found it challenging in
the beginning. How did you manage to
come out of your comfort zone?
It was never that difficult as I always
loved this. Unlike what people may
think, I am not afraid anything and am
just myself. I really don’t care what other
people think of me. At times, I even goof
up in my work but I feel it’s part of the
job and I never take anything personally.
I just do it as it comes.

What is the thing you like best about
your profession?
At this particular point in time, I feel
the office is somewhere where I can
come and relax after a stressful hour at
home. I love taking on challenges and
impromptu things.

What are some of your ongoing
projects?
We’ve just started and it’s been only a

Don’t you just love it when you are in a restaurant enjoy-
ing your food and soft music plays in background? It is
just so soothing and enhances your enjoyment and relaxes
you. At many restaurants that provide live music, the
choice is pop, but at Jazz Upstairs, as the name suggests,
it’s live jazz that you’ll be enjoying—every Wednesday, and
Saturday, and also occasionally on Monday. Their menu
is simple, with the most popular dish being mo:mo (pork
mo:mo to be specific) and aloo dum. Combine aloo dum
with roti or rice curry, and the flavors will burst in your
mouth, it’s so satisfying, simply delicious. And as for veg-
etarians, veg cheese mo:mo is recommended and also tofu
curry rice is very flavorful to try.

Double Trouble
Winter makeup is all about
spotlighting your sexy lips - with
bright pops of color that scream
power and fun. Contouring and
highlighting your face can be
overwhelming for a girl on the go; so
instead of focusing on the whole face,
change it up with a bold eyeshadow
and killer lipstick, complimented by
the never boring wet edged hair.

Sharp Glam
Contouring is a must-have skill in
putting together a glam makeup
look. By creating a perfect balance
between light and shadow, this
trend helps to highlight the shape
and ultimately sharpen the whole
appearance of your face, giving you
an ultra-feminine yet bold feel. Sanu

Right documentation
Traveling to another country will require a few important
documents. A passport is a must when leaving and returning to the
country, and it can take a few weeks to process so make sure to apply
for it on time. Also, you will require a visa when going abroad. Make
sure to talk to your counselor about all the documentation you need
for your destination and keep both digital and physical copies on
hand.

person like me, being over 2,300

zipline was not as easy as it might
be to others. However, all I wanted
was to check this adventure off my
bucket list.

It all started with a road trip
from Kathmandu to Dhulikhel
via Araniko Highway; almost 32
kilometers, it passed in the blink
of an eye as the road was pretty
clear with panoramic scenery
and kaleidoscopic natural riches
aplenty to keep you engrossed
throughout the trip. As soon as
we reached our destination, we
met Bhupesh Shrestha, Owner
and CEO of Dhulikhel Zipline. We
asked about the idea behind this
adventure venture, and he said, “I,
along with my partner, wanted to
do something in the tourism sector,
taking advantage of the natural
beauty of the country. Zipline was
something which is quite popular in
other countries and thus we gave it
a kind of tweak and introduced the
first ever Superman Zipline in the
country.”

Now, it was time to start the actual
thrill. We were introduced to three
different types of ziplines there.
First, was the ‘Classic Zipline’ which

        Warming Up
        The Winter
          Nights
With the winter season still ongoing, it definitely
seems like a good idea to learn about and try
more varieties of wine and keep yourself warm.
Expanding my wine horizons through tasting
experiences has always been a joyful activity
for me. Not only I am having fun, but with it
comes in-depth learning. This week, I opted for
one of the faster selling brands, introduced in
2010 by Shree Mahakali Wine Pvt. Ltd., Divine
Wines, which comes in varieties of sweet red and
white. Flavorful and reasonable, Divine Wine
is definitely a great choice if you are bringing a
bottle to a dinner or event as a gift, or on a cozy
 family night.

     Divine Wine White
     This golden-hued wine is
made up of a perfect blend of
     sweetness and grapey fruit
     flavors, with good balanced
acidity and a hint of flowers.
     The concentrated grape flavor
brings out a very sweet and
soft taste on the palate. It is
matured up to three years and
     is particularly a good wine
     when consumed young.

       Divine Wine Sweet Red

                    Bright, fresh and intense in
                    color, Divine Wine Sweet Red
has heavy aromas of spices, tea
                    leaves, and flowers. The spicy
                    taste is well complemented by
                    warm alcohol and gripping
                    tannins. Matured for up to
                    two-and-a-half years, it has a
                    savory, earthy finish.
