With a membership of approximately 600, our members represent the largest group of fully trained food and nutrition professionals in New Zealand.
Dietitians are New Zealand’s most credible source of food and nutrition information. With additional training to legally prescribe nutrition supplements, dietitians are the only registered professional in New Zealand able to prescribe and manage the therapeutic diets for patients and provide nutrition supplements. Where and when?
We invite you to participate in the Dietitians NZ Jubilee Conference to be held at Cordis, 83 Symonds Street, Auckland, on 30, 31 August & 1 September 2018. The Jubilee Conference is a milestone occasion in the history of Dietitians NZ and is the largest and most prestigious event of the dietetic profession in New Zealand in 2018. Who will attend the Jubilee Conference? Dietitians NZ Conferences historically attract dietetic and nutrition professionals from across New Zealand, and on occasions overseas. Many of our members have already indicated they are keen to attend the Jubilee Conference and we are anticipating a minimum of 250 delegates.
Planning for the Jubilee Conference Programme is already underway and the speaker line up will include international keynote speakers, varied and topical updates that reflect the most pertinent talking points in the nutrition and health landscape in New Zealand and presentations of free papers/abstracts. A call for abstracts will be opened to members, our supporters and industry. The Jubilee Conference will inspire delegates and exhibitors with new content and learning opportunities as well as ample opportunity to network among their peers in the beautiful surrounds of Cordis Auckland.

Dietitians NZ 75th Jubilee Conference Page 4 Interest from industry, our partners and supporters wishing to exhibit at the 2016 National Meeting at Te Papa in Wellington reached 100% capacity within a short time of the Prospectus being released, and exhibitors at the 2017 National Meeting, again at Te Papa, enjoyed increased exposure on our new prominent Conference site on our new website launched in June 2017. The very popular 2018 Jubilee Conference venue, Cordis (formerly The Langham), offers prestigious exhibition space which will comfortably accommodate Exhibitor booths co-located amongst the delegates’ morning & afternoon teas and lunches.
Exhibitor Packages This Prospectus outlines information about becoming our partner through Exhibitor packages associated with the Jubilee Conference.

Dietitians NZ use internal ‘Guidelines for Assessing and Managing Risk with External Organisations’ (GAMRER) - the CEO will manage this process for you. Exhibitor booths are purchased as part of the Platinum, Gold or Silver package/s. Exhibition Booth floor plan (The Great Room): The Great Room is an elegant and timeless ballroom and is one of New Zealand’s largest pillarless ballrooms which has hosted many grand events. Located in the heart of Cordis on the lobby level, The Great Room offers unique features being ‘pillarless’ with high ceilings of 4.3m, is divisible through four moveable walls and its 33 chandeliers add opulence and unsurpassable ambience.

Dietitians NZ 75th Jubilee Conference Page 5 During the Jubilee Conference, The Great Room will not only accommodate our partners’ Exhibition Booths, but will also be used as the central location for all Programme sessions and catering. Exhibition Booths sizes on the floor plan are indicative only. Actual booth size varies from up to 4m x 1.8m to 3m x 1.8m depending on the package purchased. Exhibitor Booth general information: Dietitians NZ will use the services of Cordis display company for the provision and set-up of all Exhibition booths. The display company will work directly with our exhibitors and will provide you with all relevant information including pack in and pack out times.
Exhibition goods can be delivered to Cordis within 24 hours (national) or 3 days (international) prior to 30th August. Car Parking for Exhibitor personnel: Parking is available at the Wilsons Car Park located at the rear of the hotel off Liverpool Street.
