Highlands End
Highlands End is superbly located on the clifftop with views of 99 miles of coastline across Lyme Bay. There are all
the facilities you need, including a Bar & Restaurant, Leisure Club, Pitch ‘n’ Putt and Tennis Court. The South West
Coast Path runs alongside the Park, with West Bay and Eype Beach just a short walk away.
Golden Cap
Just 150 yards from Seatown Beach, Golden Cap Holiday Park is nestled in a peaceful valley surrounded by 2,000
acres of National Trust land and the clifftop of Golden Cap, the highest point on the south coast of England. There
are 3 quality pubs within a 10 minute walk from the Park and Charmouth and Lyme Regis are a short drive away.
Graston Copse
The epitome of peace and tranquility, Graston Copse is located in the Bride Valley, just 3 miles from Bridport and
West Bay. Surrounded by countryside and riverside walks, the idyllic village of Burton Bradstock is just a 15 minute
stroll away, while Burton Beach and the South West Coast Path are only a further 10 minutes.
Larkfield
Larkfield is a Holiday Park exclusively for Holiday Home Owners, just a few hundred metres walk from the beach in
Burton Bradstock. The Park has Caravan Holiday Homes for sale as well as a new luxury Lodge development called

Sandyholme
Close to Weymouth and the Swanage and Purbeck area, Sandyholme is the perfect base for a holiday exploring
the best the Jurassic Coast has to offer. It is also just a few miles from two of the biggest attractions in Dorset -
Monkey World and The Tank Museum. There is so much to see and do nearby!

was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001, putting it alongside the Grand
Canyon and Great Barrier Reef as being of international importance. Covering 95 miles, the
dramatic, historic and geologically important cliffs, beaches and landforms document 185
million years of the earth’s history through the Jurassic, Cretaceous and Triassic periods.

The Jurassic Coast is a diverse landscape, from the rolling hills and
countryside of deep Dorset, all the way down to the towering cliffs of
Golden Cap and West Bay, plus world-famous natural landforms such as
Chesil Beach, Old Harry Rocks, Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove and the fossil-
rich cliffs of Charmouth and Lyme Regis. 4 of our 5 parks are also located
in the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) due to the
countryside and coast having “natural features of exceptional beauty”.
While people are drawn from all over the world to visit the Jurassic
Coast for its internationally important geology, there are countless
other reasons to visit. There is an incredible range of things to do,
places to eat and places to visit. There are a diverse selection of events
throughout the year from the Bridport Hat Festival and the Melplash
Agricultural Show to the Bournemouth Air Show and the Pommery

Leisure on the Parks
Relax and unwind at Highlands End Leisure Club with its indoor heated
Swimming Pool, Sauna and Steam Room. There are fun sessions for children
and the Leisure Club is open to guests of all WDLH Holiday Parks (charges
apply). There is also a 9 hole Pitch ‘n’ Putt Course and Tennis Court.
At Golden Cap, see what you can catch and enjoy the relaxation and quiet
of our very own fishing lake or venture down to Seatown Beach for some sea
fishing or kite flying. Walk the South West Coast Path up to the spectacular
clifftop and views from the National Trust Estate called Golden Cap.
Graston Copse is the perfect place to get close to nature. Winner of the David
Bellamy Conservation Gold Award for many years running, guests can enjoy
the riverside and woodland walks on the park. Look out for a carpet of bluebells
in the spring and the swoop of the buzzard down by the river.
Sandyholme is another great place to enjoy nature. There is plenty of open
space, a children’s play park and playing field. As well as a network of rivers
surrounding the park, the park has its very own wildlife lake with a variety of
ducks and geese.

TAKE THE WHOLE FAMILY WITH YOU
At WDLH, there is no need to leave your dogs behind
when you come away on holiday. We welcome dogs
and provide a range of dog-friendly accommodation
so the whole family can enjoy Dorset. With all of our
Parks either close to the South West Coast Path or
surrounded by seemingly never ending countryside,
there is no better place to enjoy the views with your
pets.
We have enclosed dog exercising areas at Highlands
End and Graston Copse Holiday Parks where there is
plenty of space for a run around off the lead! A few
beaches in the West Dorset area also welcome dogs
all year round. Our dog-friendly Lodges at Highlands
End and Golden Cap come with a dog bed and
cushion provided. We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs
per booking in Lodges, Caravans, Bungalows and
Premier Pods and with Touring Caravan, Motorhome
and Camping bookings. Extra charges apply for
dogs.
Look up and enjoy
A SKY FULL OF STARS
Dorset is one of the best areas in the country for stargazing, with clear night skies and a canopy of
twinkling stars. There are many spectacular locations, particularly around the coastline and the milkyway
is even visible from the Holiday Parks. See the image on Page 16 of the Stargazer Bell Tent for hire
at Golden Cap Holiday Park and the images below showing the Touring and Motorhome Pitches at
Highlands End and Seatown Beach, just 150 yards from the entrance to Golden Cap Holiday Park.
A lot of the guests we welcome to the parks tell us that these are fantastic locations for stargazing. With
the milkyway visible to the naked eye on clear nights from March to October, what could be more perfect
than sitting outside your accommodation and viewing the stars! It is important to pick a dark viewing
spot away from lights and use a phone / tablet app so you know where to look in the sky.

Martin’s Bar & Restaurant is located on the clifftop at Highlands End Holiday Park and is open
to guests of all the West Dorset Leisure Holidays Parks. You can find us at Eype, Bridport, DT6
6AR. The spacious and modern restaurant allows you to enjoy the relaxing surroundings with
great service from the team. Wherever possible, we use a range of locally sourced ingredients
and drinks for an authentic Dorset experience.
We welcome dogs in all but one of the rooms in the restaurant, as well as in the beer garden
where there is an enclosed children’s play area and views towards Bridport and the surrounding
countryside.

Fire history on display
Marvel at one of England’s largest and most important private
collections of fire service memorabilia. Exhibits on display in
Martin’s Bar & Restaurant include historic firefighter helmets,
a magnificently restored 1936 Leyland fire engine and a 1902
Merryweather horse-drawn steam engine. The collection has
been built up over three decades by Martin Cox, a member of
the family that has owned Highlands End - and today the four
sister parks - for 45 years.

We have 20 Lodge Holiday Homes for hire, split across Highlands End Holiday Park and Golden Cap
Holiday Park, many with stunning views of the coast or countryside. There is a choice of 1, 2 and 3
bedroom Lodges with partial / countryside views or 2 and 3 bedroom Lodges with seaviews.
All of the lodges have spacious private deckings, open-plan living areas, well-equipped kitchens and
large bedrooms. They are clean, luxurious and practical - everything you will need for a relaxing self
catering holiday with family or friends. WIFI is complimentary in the lodges, as are passes for unlimited
use of the Highlands End Leisure Club with a swimming pool, sauna and steam room. To see what is

At Highlands End Holiday Park, many of the Lodges have fantastic views over the coastline all the
way to Portland Bill, 20 miles away. They are located close to all the facilities on the park, including
the Leisure Club, Reception, Martin’s Bar & Restaurant and the Cowshed Coffee Shop. They even look
out over the 9 hole Pitch and Putt course. The Lodges at Golden Cap Holiday Park are located right
at the front of the Park, next to the South West Coast Path, just 150 yards from Seatown Beach and
The Anchor Inn. Choose between the Seaview Lodges with views straight out to sea over the beach
or the Horseshoe Lodges with views over the surrounding hills and countryside. All of the Lodges at
both parks are surrounded by countryside and footpaths, perfect for walkers and dog owners. We
allow dogs in select Lodges (extra charges and a max of 2 per booking applies).

Booking Info
Stay for a week or longer before the end of September and you will be eligible for a 7 night half price
holiday on select dates during October, November and December. Book next year’s holiday before the
30th November and you will receive a complimentary £25 voucher to use in Martin’s Bar & Restaurant
at Highlands End Holiday Park. Find out more about the Special Offers on page 8 or on the website at

Linen is included and beds are made up for arrival in all Lodges. Towels and tea towels are also
provided for use in the Lodges. The deposit that is required at the time of booking is £100 per week
per booking. The remaining balance is due 10 weeks before the arrival date. Cots and high chairs can
be hired for £15 each and dogs are £40 each per week (max of 2) or £30 each for short breaks (max of
2). We allow short breaks of 3 nights arriving on a Friday or 4 nights arriving on a Monday and 7+ night
breaks can commence on either a Friday, Saturday or Monday. For elderly or disabled guests, we have
two Lodges at Highlands End with spacious wet rooms.

Enjoy a great holiday with family or friends in our modern, spacious and
practical Caravan Holiday Homes for hire.
We have Caravan Holiday Homes available for hire at Highlands End, Golden Cap and Sandyholme
Holiday Parks. All of our Caravans are less than 5 years old and are maintained to the highest
standards.
Each Holiday Home has a fitted kitchen with all the cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery you
will need. There is a private bathroom, a fridge/freezer and a TV and DVD player. Each caravan also
benefits from a private decking and a picnic bench.
At Highlands End, there is a choice of 2 and 3 bedroom Caravans, either with incredible views across
the valley from Colmer’s Hill right down to Eype Beach, or on the row behind with partial views. At
Golden Cap, the Caravans are located at the front of the park with partial seaviews. The beach and
coast path are 200 yards from your front door! At Sandyholme the Caravans are all less than 2
years old and have a pretty outlook over the park, which is surrounded by countryside walks. Select
Caravans at each Park are dog friendly and you are welcome to bring up to 2 dogs per booking
(charges apply). Book at Highlands End or Golden Cap before 30th November for the following year
and receive a £25 voucher for Martin’s Bar & Restaurant at Highlands End Holiday Park.

Stay for a week or longer before the end of September and you will be eligible for a half price holiday
on select dates during October, November and December (available at Highlands End and Golden Cap

Linen is included in the Caravans in 2018 and will be provided in packs on your arrival, all that will be
required is to make the beds. Towels and tea towels are not included so please bring your own. The
deposit that is required at the time of booking is £100 per week per booking. The remaining balance is
due 10 weeks before the arrival date. Cots and high chairs can be hired for £15 each and dogs are £40
each per week (max of 2) or £30 each for short breaks (max of 2). We allow short breaks of 3 nights
arriving on a Friday or 4 nights arriving on a Monday and 7+ night breaks can commence on either a
Friday, Saturday or Monday.

There are no bathrooms in the Glamping accommodation but guests have use of the toilet and
shower block facilities on the park. Check in is from 4pm and departure by 10am. View the Special
Offers on page 8 to find out more about the saver deals that give you between 10% and 20% off the
price of the accommodation in low or mid season - to see which dates are low, mid or high season,
see the calendar on page 21. Arrivals are on a Friday for 3 nights, a Monday for 4 nights or a Monday
or Friday for 7 nights. We also do 2 night breaks in the Classic Pods in low and mid season - please

IN YOUR TENT, TOURER OR MOTORHOME
We offer hard-base, gravel and grass pitches for Motorhomes, Touring
Caravans and Tents across 4 Holiday Parks.
We have spacious pitches available for tents, touring caravans and motorhomes at Highlands End,
Golden Cap, Graston Copse and Sandyholme Holiday Parks. The pitches are all in beautiful locations
on the parks and include the use of clean and well maintained facilities, including a shower and toilet
block, freezers for ice blocks, recycle / refuse bays, bricks for BBQs, dish washing and laundry facilities.
The pitches are well maintained and spacious so you can enjoy a holiday with family or friends in the
privacy of your own space. If you have a particularly large Tent, Touring Caravan or Motorhome, please
call to check that we have large enough pitches to accommodate you. The biggest pitches we have
available for large Motorhomes and RVs are at Highlands End Holiday Park, but these are a limited
number of pitches that must be booked and reserved in advance.

The prices above are based on 2 persons and 1 car - extra cars, dogs, extra adults and extra children
are chargeable extras (see prices below). A deposit of £40 per booking per week is required upfront.
For any bookings under £100, the full amount is required upfront. For Camping, the balance is due
not less than 28 days before arrival and 70 days before arrival for Touring Caravan and Motorhome

Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 11am. Dogs are welcome at all of our parks (charges apply
and a max of 2). Arrivals are any day of the week throughout the year, with a minimum of 2 nights.
Big Berries is a non-electric Camping Field at Golden Cap Holiday Park that is open between 20th
July and 28th August 2018. Please note that we do not allocate pitches and specific pitches cannot
be reserved in advance. Pitches are allocated on a first-come first-served basis, based on what is
available upon arrival.
Hard Base Pitches - Concrete hard-base pitches have a 10 amp electric hook-up, water connection,
drainage, a gravel area for awnings and an adjacent grass parking space for a car
Gravel Pitches - A 10amp electric hook-up and an adjacent grass parking space for a car
Grass Pitches - There are Grass pitches for either Motorhomes, Touring Caravans or Tents. There are
non-electric pitches at Graston Copse and Sandyholme as well as electric pitches at all 4 parks.

The spacious and contemporary Apartments are perfect for big families and group bookings. They
are located in their own building with a 4 bedroom Apartment on the ground floor with access to
the garden and patio area and 2 x 2 bedroom Apartments on the first-floor, each with their own
balcony. There are views across to Bridport and the countryside and the Apartments include Wifi plus
unlimited passes for Highlands End Leisure Club with a Swimming Pool, Sauna and Steam Room.
The 1 bedroom Bungalows have great views all the way

We’ve made booking a holiday as easy as possible. We understand that some people may like to click a few buttons on a
phone, tablet or computer, while others may prefer to speak to somebody. We have improved our online booking system for
