  Pre-School StoryCrafts
                                                                         Guidelines & Tips for Enjoying Story Time

                                                          Story time is an introduction to the world of books, literature and lifelong
                                                          learning. Programs may include stories, songs, finger plays, crafts and
                                                          other related activities.

            Ages 2 & 3     Mondays, 10:30 - 11:00 a.m.    Prepare for Story Time
                                                          Discuss with your child before you come the importance of being a good
                                                          listener by being quiet and still so others can enjoy the stories too.
            Ages 3 - 5     Tuesdays, 10:30 - 11:15 a.m.
                                                          Arrive Early
                                                          Allow you and your little one time to hang up your coats and get ready for
                                                          story time. Story times start promptly at their scheduled time.

                      Summer Library Lego Camp meets in the Hunt Room (lower level)
                  on the fourth Monday of the month in the afternoon, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm.

                                                                         Do you love to read? Like working with younger children?
                                                                         The Hales Corners Library is looking for mature,
                                                                         responsible, and motivated young adults between the ages
                                                                         of 12 and 15 to help with the Summer Reading Clubs and
                                                                         programs. This volunteer program starts Friday, June 8
                                                                         and runs through the middle of August.

                                                                         More details:

                                                                            Program is limited to 15 young adults. Library Director selects
American Red Cross babysitting certification class will be held on
                                                                             participants.
Monday, June 18 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Participants must
attend the full session to receive certification. Participants must be
