Important Travel Information Fuel Supplement Notice Celebrity Cruises reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guests if the price of West Texas Intermediate fuel exceeds $65.00 per barrel. The fuel supplement for 1st and 2nd guests would be no more than $10 per guest per day, to a maximum of $140 per cruise; and for additional guests would be no more than $5 per person per day, to a maximum of $70 per cruise. Port Charges, Taxes and Fees Rates quoted are per person, cruise only, double occupancy and include Port Charges, Taxes and Fees. Rates are subject to change and availability. Single Rates Single occupancy of a stateroom is 200% of the per person double rate category selected plus port charges, taxes and fees. 3rd/4th Person Rates for 3rd and 4th passengers in a cabin when sharing with two double paying passengers vary with sailing date. Please check with your Boscov’s Travel Specialist. Reservations A deposit of $100 per person for 1–5-night sailings, $250 per person for 6–8-night sailings and $450 per person for 9+night sailings is required at the time of booking to reserve your cabin. The balance is due 90 days prior to sailing. Deluxe Suite categories require a 200% deposit of the standard deposit amount. Payments The deposit and final payment may be charged to your Boscov’s Credit Card or major credit card. If paying by check, please make check payable to Boscov’s Travel. Proof of Citizenship The U.S. Department of State Homeland Security requires all travelers to be in possession of a valid passport – with an expiration date at least six months beyond the last day of travel – BUT there are some exceptions for U.S. citizens sailing on certain domestic voyages. Still, Boscov’s Travel strongly recommends a valid passport for all travel circumstances. Before leaving home, please become familiar with the required travel documents needed prior to boarding the ship. Optional Travel Protection Plan We encourage all travelers to purchase a Travel Protection Plan at the time of initial trip deposit. Plans help provide coverage for Trip Cancellation/ interruption, Baggage Delay/Loss, Missed Connection, Emergency Accident and Sickness Medical Expenses, Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation of Remains, and more. Ask your Boscov’s Travel Specialist for details. Cancellation and Refunds Boscov’s Travel cancellation penalty is $25 per person for administrative costs plus any additional non-recoverable costs. In addition, Celebrity Cruises penalties per person are as follows: 5-night or longer cruises (including Holiday Sailings & Cruisetours) 89 - 57 days Lose deposit per person 56 - 29 days 50% per person* 28 - 15 days 75% per person* 14 - 0 days 100% per person* No shows for all sailings: no refund *Or deposit amount, whichever is greater.
