Our amazing, committed, future-focused staff are constantly exploring new ideas for engaging and inspiring their students by providing powerful learning opportunities. I feel very proud to lead such a dedicated team. All the best to our Year 8 students moving onto high school. We hope you take with you some lasting memories of your time at GIS. You have been a great group of students and we look forward to hearing about your future successes. Finally, I would like to thank everyone who has been a part of the GIS family this year. Your contributions, no matter how big or small, make a difference.
I hope you all have a great festive season and a happy summer break.
Meri Kirihimete Graduation Dance The students and staff worked together to create an amazing experience for our graduating Year 8’s (Pacific Paradise). As usual, it was a great way to celebrate the two years our students spent at Glenfield Intermediate. Prizegiving The prizegiving, held last Friday, was an amazing celebration of student success for 2018. A huge thank you to all the parents, friends and whanau that attended the event.
