17TH ANNUAL STREET FAIR
17th annual Mahopac-Carmel Chamber Street Festival and Italian
American Club of Mahopac Columbus Day Parade. Everyone is
welcome to come and enjoy a day at the park where there will
be vendors, children’s rides, music and food. At 10:30 am you can
also enjoy the Columbus Day Parade. What a great family day! Those
interested in Vendor tables, volunteering or sponsoring contact the
Mahopac Chamber Office at (845) 628-5553.

LIGHTING OF THE TREES
The annual Holiday on the Lake festivities in December includes
a Chowder Fest, Hayrides with Santa, Children’s Crafts, Chorale Groups,
a Parade through the hamlet with about 40 floats and the lighting of
75 Christmas Trees on the shore of Lake Gleneida. Sponsored by the
Carmel Civic Association.

HARVESTFEST
Come to our annual Harvestfest featuring pony rides, a petting

($20/table) or to volunteer at the event, please call the Recreation Office.
