This latest introduction will extend the product line to include Premium, Pro, and American Style options. The AirPower series is designed for the smaller, electric press brake market. It offers a cleaner, greener solution for automated clamping mechanisms. The WILA team has been working hard to improve support for service and maintenance items. Our inside
sales team is increasingly including available product documentation (manuals, maintenance instructions, etc.)
with quotations. We also have the following information available to you:
How to submit a service request
To help us provide you with the fastest and most accurate service support, please follow these steps when submitting service requests:
1. Identify the serial number on the WILA equipment (Note: each clamp or crowning unit has an individual serial number).
2. Provide a clear photo of the serial number and any other identifiable information.
3. Describe the issues you are currently experiencing with the equipment
4. Send all of the information to requests@wilausa.com.
5. Our Sales Engineering Team will contact you to further assist with your service requ

The .dxf file for any piece of WILA tooling can be found on the WILA Webshop. Simply scroll to the bottom of the product page of any WILA tool
and click the ‘downloads’ tab to download the .dxf file.
If you need the .dxf files for a large collection of tools, please email requests@wilausa.com for a complete library of .dxf files.
Service & Repair Instructional Videos
Take a look at our new service and repair instructional videos. These videos are hosted on an unlisted YouTube playlist and cover topics like hose
