Show. In the event of illness or other incapacity of the exhibitor
excluding sporting events and extracurricular activities at school,
the youth may ask another youth to show the animal, subject to prior
written approval of Kentucky State Fair management.
10. If an exhibitor has more than one animal in a class or in the
Championship Drive, they must use a substitute showperson that

prior to the start of the show, Division Drive and/or Championship
    Drive.

11. Using coloring agents to alter the natural color of an animal is

it should be aimed at helping the youth learn new skills by a family
member, extension agent, agriculture teacher, 4-H leader, or another
Kentucky 4-H/FFA member. Rather, youth exhibitors should be
encouraged to receive assistance from fellow Kentucky 4-H or FFA
    exhibitors.

closing day of the State Fair of the current year. Dairy animals not eligible
for Open Kentucky money in the Kentucky State Fair Open Dairy Show are
