It is with great pleasure and pride the High Priestess, Past High Priestesses, Officers and Members of
AABA Court No. 4, wish to invite to the 58th Annual Mid-States Unit Meet, “KICKIN’ IT ON
ROUTE 66” October 22-24 in Tulsa, OK.

Unit Meet
Room rate are $112.00 plus tax, per night up to 4 person per room. The reservation deadline is October
8, 2021.
All rooms have Express check in and Express Check out, High speed Internet Access, Complementary
High-speed internet, Complementary Public Parking, Basic room Amenities with Mini Refrigerator, and
a few offices services if needed. The Marriott Hotel has a Fitness Center and indoor pool.
Cancellation of the room must be made not later than 72 hours prior to arrival.REGISTRATION INFORMATION The Registration fee prior to October 8, 2021, is $175.00 (USD). There will be a late registration fee of $25.00 (USD) after October 8, 2021. MEN’S REGISTRATION The Men’s registration is located on the Ladies’ registration form and will include the Friday and Saturday night dinners and hospitality room for $100.00 (USD). The Nobles of Akdar Shrine Center (a.k.a. AABA Court No. 4 Trailers) will host the Men’s hospitality. CANCELLATIONS All requests for refunds are to be made in writing and postmarked by October 8, 2021, except for death, illness, or family emergencies. Refunds only for Registration cost minus mandatory $25.00 registration fee with additional handling fee of $5.00. REGISTRATION CHECK-IN Registration will be open Friday, October 22 from 8:00am to 6:30pm; and Saturday, October 23 from 7:30am - 8:30am PROGRAM AD BOOK When placing your advertisement on the enclosed form, please remember to print your name, title as of April 1, 2021, Court name and number. For your advertisement to be included in the 2021 Mid-States Unit Meet program we must have your advertisement photo print ready, no later than October 8, 2021. MARKET PLACE The marketplace will be open on Friday, Oct 22 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm for shopping. FUN NIGHT DINNER - NO FEZ A casual Fun Night Dinner BBQ Dinner will be held on Friday evening, October 22, 2021, at 7:00 pm, with a social hour at 6:30 pm. Special entertainment will follow the dinner. Casual dress. 58th ANNUAL MID-STATES UNIT BUSINESS MEETING - FEZ The business meeting and breakfast buffet will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 8:30 am. To attend the meeting, you will need the following: Fez, Registration badge, and current stamped dues card. Dress will be business attire (dress slacks, skirts and Unit or Court shirt, or dress). No one will be allowed to leave or return to the room once the meeting is called to order. EXHIBITION DRILLS The Exhibition Drills will be on Saturday, October 23, 2021, beginning at 1:00 pm. Each Unit will be assigned a rehearsal time. The Room will be open following the business meeting until 12:30 pm for any unit wanting to practice for drills. Ya-Ya DEGREE The Ya-Ya Degree is a tradition in Mid-States that everyone loves to partake in. Ya-Ya- Degree will take place 30 minutes after Drills are completed. The cost is $5 and all the proceeds to be donated to the Shreveport Shriners Hospital for Children.
CASUAL DINNER – NO FEZ A Social Hour will begin at 6:00 pm. A “Outsiders/Rumblefish” Themed Dinner will be on Saturday evening at 6:30 pm. The dress for dinner will be casual attire or dress as your favorite Outsider or Rumblefish movie character. CARING LOTUS TRIBUTES The Caring Lotus Tribute is a wonderful way to let someone know you care and that you would like to honor them. Caring Lotus stickers are available for a $2.00 donation. Please order them in advance using the enclosed form. Advance order will be in your honoree’s registration packet with a card from you. Advance orders must be received by October 8, 2021. Additional Caring Lotus tributes will be available for purchase at the unit meet for a $5.00 donation.
