                         Minimum Requirements:
   • A NQF Level 5 qualification in Communication will be considered
                        • Good computer skills
                     • Good administrative skills
    • 2 years’ experience in a communication or client interaction
                              environment
                        Core Responsibilities:
   • Operate the Call Centre in an effective and efficient manner,
   receiving and dealing with all complaints and enquiries swiftly,
         cordially and professionally to serve the public well
• Operate the software-driven complaints and enquiries referral system
 linked to all the relevant persons in the VOC and the AFC to ensure
               immediate, on-line referral of complaints
