Dear industry colleague,

Once every three years, the congress of the European Association of Paediatric and Adolescent
Gynaecology (EURAPAG) is organised by one of its members. For the 15th edition, the Dutch Society for
Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology (DutchPAG), has been assigned to host this congress and, obviously,
this unique opportunity has been welcomed with great enthusiasm.

Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the congress had to be postponed from 2020 to 2021 and
we were forced to reconsider the format of the congress. Now, after some hard work by many people
involved, we proudly inform you that EURAPAG 2021 has been transitioned into a hybrid meeting that will
take place from Wednesday 9 to Saturday 12 June 2021 and that allows an even broader group of
healthcare professionals in the field of PAG to attend this meeting, either live or virtual.

With this corporate support prospectus, we have the pleasure to invite you to join this meeting. EURAPAG
has always recognized the importance of industry partners, as industry support and sponsorships are
essential in making possible the many scientific and educational activities in our field.

The estimated total number of attendees is 350, divided over both onsite as well as virtual attendees. The

paediatric and adolescent gynaecology.

the field of PAG. Presented by (global) experts in the field, this program is not only brought to the group
of delegates onsite but also to all participants who will virtually attend the meeting in the comfort of their

Main Congress topics

During the congress, a wide range of relevant topics will be addressed including global topics such as:

•   public health issues for youths,
•   the success (or failure) of vaccination programs,
•   childhood obesity,
•   availability of health services,
•   childhood (sexual) abuse,
•   strategies in education in PAG,
•   epidemiology and research from the Generation R Study.

Furthermore, medical subjects will be addressed, including (but not limited to):

•   adolescent menstrual disorders,
•   adolescent PCO and its repercussions,
•   childhood endocrine diseases as related to reproductive health,
•   vulvar disorders,
•   sequelae to childhood cancer,
•   adnexal diseases,
•   modern approaches to DSD.

The members of the scientific committee, which is chaired by the experts Prof. Dr. Joop S.E. Laven
(Gynaecologist, Erasmus MC, University Medical Centre Rotterdam) and Dr. Mireille Merckx (Gynaecologist,
Flemish Society for Obstetrics and Gynaecology), have committed to the challenging task of composing a
program that will meet the demands of both the onsite as well as the virtual attendees.

Registration
Registration for the meeting has been re-opened on 1 November 2020 and can be done through the

Accreditation
The organization is seeking accreditation by the European Council for Continuing Education (EACCME) to
provide continuing medical education (CME) credits to physicians. The EACCME is an institution of the
European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). EACCME credits are recognized Europe-wide and in North
America. EACCME credits can be exchanged for their national equivalent by contacting the respective
National CME authority. EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association (AMA)
towards the Physician’s Recognition Award (AMA PRA).

Assignment of booth location
Booth location for exhibitors will be assigned at the discretion of the organization, based on a First Come
First Serve-basis. Factors affecting booth location include the level of commitment (sponsorship level),
date the registration form was received, number of exhibits, and proximity of competitors. Please note
that the booth and crew sizes permitted are pending any Covid-19 restrictions in effect at the time of the
congress.

Liability
All organizations and/or person(s) mentioned act solely as agent/intermediary in all matters related to
organizing the congress, transport, hotel accommodation, services and facilities provided by other parties,
firms, organizations or corporations and shall therefore not be liable for any loss, damage, injury,
accident, inconveniences caused by strike, acts of war or any other circumstances.

Mobile App & Virtual Exposure
Optimal visibility with easy access to your information will be available for all delegates throughout the
entire congress. EURAPAG 2021 is a hybrid event and will be made accessible through a dedicated mobile
web application (browser-based) and native app (IOS and Android). This application will be a valuable
resource for all delegates throughout the meeting as they will use it to browse the program, to connect to
other attendees, to engage with sponsors and exhibitors, to attend sessions and to interact with faculty
and participants.

VAT
Due to the nature of the EURAPAG 2021 congress, the organizer of the congress, DutchPAG, has been
exempted from VAT by the Dutch Fiscal Authorities (‘Belastingdienst’). Therefore, no VAT will apply to
your invoice nor to registration fees.

Profit allocation
Should a profit be made from EURAPAG 2021, the revenues will be applied to scientific research, support
of research projects, scholarships and other educational purposes only.

organization of EURAPAG 2021, assuring the organization that you are an authorized representative for
your company with full power and authority to sign the application for sponsoring and/or exhibiting at
EURAPAG 2021. The company agrees to comply with all of the rules and regulations as stated in this
Corporate Support Prospectus, which you accept as part of the agreement.

Payments
• Sponsors: A minimum of 50% of the total contracted amount is due immediately after signing of the
     contract and will be invoiced accordingly. The balance is due on 30 April 2021. If the contract is signed
     after this date, the related costs are due immediately.
•    Exhibitors: Total of the contracted amount is due immediately after signing of the contract.

Cancellations
In the unfortunate case you have to cancel your participation as a sponsor and/or exhibitor the following
cancellation policy applies:
•    If cancelled before 1 January 2021:            90% refund
•    If cancelled before 1 March 2021:              50% refund
•    If cancelled before 1 May 2021:                25% refund
•    If cancelled after 1 May 2021:                 Sorry, no refund

space can be purchased at the regular rates. Exhibit space at the not-for-profit rate is limited and
application should be approved by the organization of the congress. The Not-for-Profit organization must
be a government entity or must be officially recognized as a charitable organization. The Not-for-Profit
organization is not allowed to offer a product or service for sale on the exhibit floor.

Industry Symposium (€ 4.950)
As a service to the EURAPAG 2021 congress delegates, the LOC is offering medical companies the
opportunity to sign up for a sponsored breakfast or lunch symposium. Sponsors – whether
pharmaceutical, medical device or other healthcare related companies – are free to determine the topic
of this symposium but will always have the dissemination of scientific data and innovation, which will
enhance the congress experience for all participants, as their main objective.

All interested companies are encouraged to apply for such a symposium. Applications can be sent in
writing to info@eurapag2021.eu before 1 April 2021. The application should address the following items:

The Scientific Committee will review each application and will inform the applying company about
acceptance or rejection no later than 5 April 2021.

Included in the above fees for a LIVE symposium are the following items:
•    Room Rental fees and set-up fees (maximum capacity of the plenary room);
•    Standard Audio-Visual equipment available in the meeting room (data projector, screen, laser
     pointer, PA system incl. microphones);
•    Signage at the entrance of the session room (as from 30 minutes prior to start of symposium);

Not included are:
•    Speaker expenses, including travel, hotel, meeting registration;
•    F&B, costs of food and drinks;
•    Additional Audiovisual Materials;
•    Technical/AV staff/support both live and virtual;
•    Session Registration (sign in sheets, etc.);
•    Any other direct or indirect/related costs.

Optional extra exhibit badges
You may order extra exhibitor badges at € 100 per crew member up to the indicated maximum (see
below). More badges than the maximum allowed number of extra badges will be charged at the normal
delegate fee. All onsite badges are personalized and cannot be transferred.
