EARLY ADMISSIONS EXERCISE (for ITE Students) [EAE(I)] The Early Admissions Exercise [EAE(I)] for ITE students, will commence in Jun 2019 for ITE students seeking admission to Nanyang Polytechnic in AY2020. Final year ITE students, including those graduating in Jun 2019, are eligible to apply. Students who demonstrated strong skills, aptitude and interest in areas relevant to the Diploma course they wish to pursue, will be able to secure a conditional place in the diploma course of their choice, prior to receiving their final Grade Point Average (GPA).

APPLICATION PERIOD Applicants can apply for a maximum of three courses to be submitted through the EAE(I) portal in Jun 2019. Applicants are also required to provide a write- up for each of their 3 choices. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview and/or aptitude tests at NYP (exact dates to be confirmed by NYP). NOTIFICATION ON OUTCOME OF APPLICATION Successful applicants will be notified of their conditional offers in Aug 2019. They will be given up to one week to decide whether to accept or reject the conditional offer. Students who do not indicate their decision by the deadline given, will be deemed to have rejected the offer.

They will however, be allowed to participate in the Joint Polytechnic Admissions Exercise (JPAE) or other admissions exercises.

Upon release of their final GPA, students who have accepted their conditional offers and met the criteria will confirm their offers. Such students will not be eligible to participate in JPAE or other admissions exercises. Students who do not meet the criteria will have their conditional offers revoked.
