ANNUAL BADGEHOLDER • Access to the racecourse on all 21 Ascot Racedays outside Royal Ascot • Access to the King Edward VII Enclosure on all Ascot Racedays outside Royal Ascot, excluding King George Saturday SCHEME BENEFITS • Annual Badgeholders wishing to access the King Edward VII Enclosure (Level 4) on King George Saturday must be in possession of a King Edward VII badge. BADGEHOLDER GUIDELINES Ascot Annual Badgeholder Dress Code With access to the King Edward VII Enclosure, Annual Badgeholders and their guests are asked to adhere to the King Edward VII Enclosure dress code. Flat Season Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket with a collared shirt and tie. Trainers are not allowed. Ladies should dress as for a smart occasion. Jumps Season During the Jumps season, King Edward VII Enclosure dress code is preferred but not compulsory. Please be aware Annual Members’ Badges will not permit access to the racecourse through the Bookmakers’ Entrance.
