RE-CHANCE
Raising employment chances of social disadvantaged young people.
Young people from disadvantaged families, ethnic minorities or families with a
migration background have lower chances of social, cultural and labour market
integration. Their chances have even lessened in many European countries in
recent years. The project RE-Chance addresses young people from disadvantaged
families, young offenders and young people with a migrant background in the
partner countries Austria, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Portugal, Italy and the Czech
Republic. The project‘s aim is helping these young people to develop their social
skills through different training modules and outdoor activities. Counselling parents, ›› I n close cooperation with our

CONFERENCES
We have also been actively engaged in organising and holding conferences for
several years on themes relating to vocational education, at a European level. We
work together with the previously mentioned EVBB association, among others, and
in cooperation with partners from other European countries, we set up conferences
for several hundreds of people annually.

We were actively involved with the organisation and management of the following
conferences:

Study trips and fact-finding missions
The BBRZ GROUP has been carrying out content-related, organised study trips and
fact-findings for some time now.

Study trips are a proactive way to try and learn more about our field of work in other
countries, to find out new solutions, exchange experiences and, last but not least, to
expand our international network.

This area is to be further expanded in the future.
