BLMK Remote Services
There are a number of services available to residents of Luton, Bedfordshire or
Milton Keynes to support you before, during and after your Healthier You: NHS
Diabetes Prevention Programme journey. These are being provided remotely during
the coronavirus outbreak and can be accessed from your home via the internet. You
do not need to start or to have completed Healthier You to access these services.

If you live in Luton, Total Wellbeing offer a range of remote and virtual support
programmes for weight loss and physical activity. These are open to all adults and
include: online healthy lifestyles programme supporting adults wanting to lose
weight, telephone support for diet and nutrition, live video support for physical activity
(1:1), stop smoking support and help for your emotional health. Call 0300 555 4152

If you live in Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire or Milton Keynes, More
Life offers online group programmes for weight loss as well as other resources
including recipes and exercise videos. The online group programmes are open to
anyone with BMI greater than 27.5 who has ever been referred to Healthier You
