   Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are over the age of 18 and are a Bupa member
   (Entrant). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
   Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this
   promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-
   spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-
   parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-
   brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

3. Promotion commences on 15 October 2018 at 9am (AEST) and ends on 28 October 2018 at
   11:59pm (AEST) (Promotional Period). There will be 5 prize winners for the Promotional
   Period.

4. To enter, the Entrant must answer in 25 words or less, ‘how does cricket add a plus to your
   summer’ and submit that through the on-line entry form at bupa.com.au/win-cricket. Any cost
   associated with accessing the online entry form is the Entrant’s responsibility and is
   dependent on the Internet service provider used.

5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants
   (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who
   submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers
   with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
   Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver
   of those rights.

6. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

7. One entry is permitted per Entrant during the Promotional Period. An Entrant is permitted to
   enter only one competition in the Bupa Plus Summer Cricket competition.

8. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be
   individually judged based on creative merit. The Promoter’s decision is final and no
   correspondence will be entered into.

9. The best five (5) valid entries during the Promotional Period, as determined by the judges, will
   each win a double pass to the Domain Test Match v India at Adelaide Oval, War Memorial
   Drive, North Adelaide SA 5006, on Saturday 8 December 2018 (Day 3). Match start time:
   10.30am. Each prize is valued at $60. Any change in the value of the prize between
   publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter or
   Cricket Australia. Transport and accommodation are the responsibility of the winner(s) and do
   not form part of the prize.

10. All prizes, including any portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as
    cash, unless stipulated otherwise. If due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control any of the
    prizes are unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the
    prizes with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

11. Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the
    International Cricket fixture without notice. Neither the Promoter nor Cricket Australia accept
responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any cricket match connected with this promotion
    for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia.

12. By entering this promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket
    holder complies, with the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with
    the promotion. Entrants also agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder
    complies, with Cricket Australia’s 2018/19 Ticket and Entry Conditions supplemented by any
    conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator. The Promoter will provide every person
    attending the match as part of the promotion with a copy of Cricket Australia’s 2018/19 Ticket
    and Entry Conditions with delivery of the prize tickets.

13. All prize winners for the Promotional Period will be notified by phone or email and announced
    by 9 November 2018. Any prizes that have not been claimed by the winner by 14 November
    2018 will be reallocated to the next best eligible entry as determined by the judges
    (Alternative Winner). An Alternative Winner has one week from the day of notification in
    which to claim their prize or another Alternative Winner will be selected.

14. Tickets will be posted to winners to the address nominated by the winner. Bupa takes no
    responsibility for lost, stolen or uncollected tickets.

15. Entrants consent to the Promoter and Cricket Australia using the Entrant’s name, likeness,
    image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording
    of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of
    promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
    distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Cricket Australia.

16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
    reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the
    Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to
    disqualify any Entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
    appropriate.

17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and Cricket Australia
    (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including
    negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);
    whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion,
    including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or
    equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft,
    unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost,
    altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to
    any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia; (d) any
    variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability
    incurred by a winner or Entrant or prize taker; or (f) use of the prize. It is a condition of
    accepting the prize, that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form
    determined by the Promoter and/or Cricket Australia.

    quality/suitability/merchantability of the prize. The Promoter takes no responsibility in regard
    to the condition and/or fitness of the prize. The winner should look to the manufacturer or
    supplier for all warranties and claims.

    this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents,
    contractors and prize suppliers. If we send your information outside of Australia, we will
    require that the recipient of the information complies with privacy laws and contractual

    each win a double pass to the Domain Test Match v India at SCG, Moore Park Rd, Moore
    Park NSW 2021, on Thursday 3 January 2019 (Day 1). Match start time: 10.30am. Each prize
    is valued at $60. Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date
    prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter or Cricket Australia. Transport and
    accommodation are the responsibility of the winner(s) and do not form part of the prize.


10. All prizes, including any portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as
    cash, unless stipulated otherwise. If due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control any of the
    prizes are unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the
    prizes with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

11. Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the
    International Cricket fixture without notice. Neither the Promoter nor Cricket Australia accept
responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any cricket match connected with this promotion
    for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia.

12. By entering this promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket
    holder complies, with the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with
    the promotion. Entrants also agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder
    complies, with Cricket Australia’s 2018/19 Ticket and Entry Conditions supplemented by any
    conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator. The Promoter will provide every person
    attending the match as part of the promotion with a copy of Cricket Australia’s 2018/19 Ticket
    and Entry Conditions with delivery of the prize tickets.

13. All prize winners for the Promotional Period will be notified by phone or email and announced
    by 9 November 2018. Any prizes that have not been claimed by the winner by 14 November
    2018 will be reallocated to the next best eligible entry as determined by the judges (Alternative
    Winner). An Alternative Winner has one week from the day of notification in which to claim their
    prize or another Alternative Winner will be selected.

14. Tickets will be posted to winners to the address nominated by the winner. Bupa takes no
    responsibility for lost, stolen or uncollected tickets.

15. Entrants consent to the Promoter and Cricket Australia using the Entrant’s name, likeness,
