Romance package with everything you need for a quick romantic getaway. Located in the Central Business
District and just a stone’s throw away from some of the most popular attractions like Sentosa and
Chinatown, the room package comes with complimentary breakfast buffet for two and an all-inclusive
couple’s Seafood Dinner at the sleek Café 2000, featuring fresh seafood-on-ice and sizzling outdoor grills
of Black Angus Beef, Scallops, prawns and more, from $268++ only, for stay period from 14 – 16 Feb 2020.

Can’t steal away your partner for more than a few hours? Fret not, treat your special someone to an array
of romantic meals and unforgettable dining experiences.

Nothing says romance quite like French Fare. At Orchard Hotel Singapore’s Mon Bijou artisanal bistro,
wine and dine your sweetheart to an exclusive Valentine’s Day four-course set menu, available on 14
February for lunch and dinner. Priced at S$88++ per person, start light with a Seafood Harmony of pan-
seared Norwegian Salmon and Hokkaido Scallop served with Dou Asparagus and Black pearl in Shellfish
Foam; then warm your belly with a Sentimental Experience of cream of golden pumpkin served with
roasted chorizo basil pesto; the main course of Surf and Turf takes the show, starring oven-roasted
Australian lamb rack and grilled Boston lobster served with honey mango salsa and a side of saffron
fregola, baby carrot and broccolini in natural jus; and, finally, end on a Sweet Memory of heart-shaped
ivory chocolate mousse with raspberry cream and crunchy feuilletine.

For those who sway more towards contemporary cuisine for their date night, Grand Copthorne
Waterfront Hotel Singapore’s Italian grill restaurant Grissini is putting together a Valentine’s Day
Splendour Set Menu. Available exclusively on 13 February for dinner, and 14 to 15 February for lunch and
dinner, enjoy a special three- or four-course menu priced at S$72 and S$88 per person respectively. The
ultimate Italian Valentine’s menu includes an antipasto of Mortadella Mousse and Rye Bread served with
pistachio crumble and vegetable crudité; a primo of Beetroot Spaghetti made with brown butter and
marinated egg yolk; for mains, a choice of Chicken Kiev Style with purple mashed potato, braised shallot
and tomato confit, or Pan-seared Norwegian Salmon with heirloom carrots, cauliflower and parsley lemon
sauce; and finally, a Tic Tac Toe dessert of dark and white chocolate coated strawberries topped with
coconut, and served with a platter of hazelnut sponge cake, mango custard and chocolate mousse. Sip to
a memorable meal with wine pairings available at a top up of S$48 and S$58 for three-course and four-
course sets respectively.

Providing the perfect setting for your romantic dinners in Singapore, Orchard Hotel Singapore’s Hua Ting
Steamboat is putting an Asian twist on your romantic Valentine’s set menu dinner. Available from 10 to
14 February for lunch and dinner, relish an appetizer of fried golden wild mushrooms, followed by the
hearty main course featuring a platter of steamboat favourites – including premium ingredients such as
US Beef and Kurobuta Pork Belly, fresh prawn, sliced garoupa, handmade fish paste noodles and more –
cooked in a flavourful Yuan Yang Soup Base made daily from scratch, and finish off with the dessert of the
day. Priced at S$131.40++ per couple, get a complimentary meat crab to supplement your romantic meal
(while stock lasts).

For a romantic riverside meal, head to M Social Singapore’s Beast & Butterflies for their Be My Valentine
three-course set menu. Available only on Valentine’s Day, indulge in a starter of delicate Cauliflower Puree
Soup; luxurious mains of the Filet Mignon served with Butter Poached Lobster tail, paired with asparagus
and bearnaise sauce, or the Signature Asian-style Seafood Bouillabaisse, featuring a seafood stew of
lobster, mussel, clams, barramundi, prawn, scallop and a hint of curry; and finally end with a sweet Carrot
Cake with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy bubbly at an attractive rate? You’ll be pleased to hear the set menu
comes inclusive of two glasses, a bottle or two hours of free-flow Prosecco priced at S$128++, S$148++
and S$168++ per couple.
At Orchard Hotel Singapore’s Bar Intermezzo, enjoy a quiet couple’s night with the Valentine’s Set Platter
over drinks. Available only on the evening of 13 and 14 February, savor a couple’s platter at S$25++ for
two persons, featuring Aburi Salmon with Tobiko, Spicy Buffalo Wings with blue cheese dressing, Duck
Flat Bread and Dark Chocolate Crunchy Mousse with raspberry heart and berries compote. Top it off with
creative cocktail mixes of the Adam & Eve (S$18.00++ per glass), made with Curacao Blanco liqueur, citrus
mix, pomegranate and peach cordial, rosemary and bubbly, and the Amora mocktail (S$12++ per glass)
with ripe apple juice, fresh cucumber, Elderflower syrup, lime juice and a hint of rose water.

In addition to loved ones, Valentine’s Day is also a time to treat yourself. Whether you’re with a significant
other, friends or family, indulge yourself in a buffet of epicurean delights.

At Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore’s Food Capital, bring your taste buds for a trip round the

outdoor grills of black angus beef, slipper lobsters and more – as well as an irresistible chocolate dessert
bar. In the spirit of love, all diners also receive a complimentary glass of bubbly and a stalk of rose for the
ladies. At The Buffet, enjoy a heart-warming meal with the premium Love Is In The Ocean seafood
steamboat dinner buffet. Priced at S$58 per adult (u.p $78) and available S$36 per child (u.p $48), select
from an array of premium ingredients including free-flowing Alaskan Snow Crab, and sip a complimentary
glass of bubbly and gift your lady with a lovely rose. Finally, toast to love at J Bar’s Every Moment is Magic
Liquid Buffet. Priced at S$128 per couple, enjoy Unlimited Prosecco for two hours and nibble on a
delectable platter of baked oysters, roast beef, roast pork, sausages and wedges.

Can’t decide or simply not in the spirit to celebrate? Orchard Hotel Singapore’s The Orchard Cafe is putting
together an extensive spread of specials to help get you in the mood. For one night only, enjoy premium
dishes, including grilled Boston lobster, oysters and snow crab claw on ice, duck rillettes, Tasmanian
smoked salmon and fresh cuts from the carving and BBQ stations, and indulge in themed dessert creations
like heart-shaped strawberry tart and passionate hot chocolate souffle. Priced at S$118 per adult, the
Valentine’s Day Buffet is available only for dinner on 14 February. Diners can also get creative with their
own concoctions in a ‘Do-it-Yourself’ cocktail experience available at the dessert counter.

Finally, for something light and sweet, head to Studio M Singapore’s modern bistro MEMO Café for their
Valentine’s Day specials. Nestled in the chill neighbourhood of Robertson Quay, bask in the relaxing
ambience and experience Love at First Bite with a special Strawberry Mousse Cake (S$10+ per piece) or
Sip to the Mood of Lovin’ in a special Moscato promotion at S$52 nett per bottle (usual price S$58+).
