To order
When you have found an item you would like to purchase click ‘Add to Cart’. You can also create a request for a
quote using the same method as your shopping cart by clicking ‘Add to Quote’.
You can view your cart or continue shopping. You can view your cart at any time by clicking the ‘VIEW CART’ on
the top of your screen.
From the cart page you can add or minus quantities or remove items and then press ‘Update cart’ to confirm
your changes.
Shipping
You can select from 4 options:
• ‘Email a Quote for Shipping Before Confirming My Order’ – Freight quotations will be emailed to you prior
to confirming your order.
• ‘Just Add Freight and Ship’ – For Perth Metro area; a flat rate of $12.10 is charged for orders under $250
this will be added to your order (stationary orders over $250 will have free shipping). If your freight is more
than our standard rate we will email you a quote for the shipping before confirming your order.
• ‘Charge Shipping to my Courier Account’ – if you have your own courier account we can ship your items on
your account.
• ‘Local Pickup’ – no shipping charge. Pick up is from our warehouse at 39b Alex Wood Dr, Forrestdale, WA -
Mon-Fri - 8:00am - 4:30pm

• Select Payment Method:
o 'Charge My Account' If you have an account with WA Library Supplies we will send you an invoice with
our standard terms of 30 days
o 'Credit Card' enter credit card details
• Check the box ‘I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions’ and ‘Place Order’
You will then see an ‘Order Received’ confirmation.
One of our friendly team will then process your order and contact you with a copy of your order. if you have
requested a freight quote your order will be emailed to you as a quote. You can then proceed with the order by
replying to accept the quote.
