    Parent Handbook
Welcome to Chicago Super Sitters!

Welcome to the best thing to happen to your life since the actual birth of
your child!

This Parent Handbook has been created to help make the invitation of a
Chicago Super Sitter into your home, seamless and comfortable. The
following pages contain tips and guidance we have developed to make
Sitter/Parent matches more successful. In order to help us provide the best
possible Chicago Super Sitters experience we recommend that you read your
Parent Handbook carefully and use it as a reference on those occasions when
you are uncertain of the best way to approach a situation. If you should
have any questions, we encourage you to ask them.

The information in this Handbook represents tips and guidance only. CSS,
Ltd. may modify the Handbook from time to time, in an effort to continue to
help you receive the best child care possible. Although CSS, Ltd. may not
provide you with notice of any update or modification, we encourage you to
access our Website frequently to confirm you have the most current
information.

Please understand that this Handbook is not a contract, expressed or
implied, through CSS, Ltd. and is not a guarantee you will be matched with a
Sitter.

General Guidelines for Services

• Becoming a Member of Chicago Super Sitters is easy and FREE! Sign up
to become a Member at www.chicagosupersitters.com. No payment is
required, until you request a sitter.

• CSS, Ltd. vigorously embraces an open door policy. We urge all Parents
and Sitters to discuss problems or to ask ANY questions that may arise.
Just because a Sitter is qualified, doesn’t always mean they will be the
best match for your family. Tell us! We can’t fix a problem unless we
know about it! Also, if you have someone that is doing an exceptional
job, we want to know that too! The more information we are given, the
    better service we can provide.

• CSS, Ltd. strives to provide absolutely superior service to all the Parents
we serve. As such, we will respect the cultures, beliefs and general well
being of all families. Treating all Parents and Sitters in a courteous,
respectful manner at all times, is a priority.

• Many correspondences between Parents and CSS, Ltd. will take place via
our Website (www.chicagosupersitters.com) or by e-mail. In an effort to
make sure you have the best experience possible, it is recommended that
all Parents requesting a match or placement have regular access to
    Internet and e-mail.

• Please do not attempt to contact a previously placed or matched Chicago
Super Sitter directly. Not only could this jeopardize your relationship with
Chicago Super Sitters, the Sitter will permanently lose their privileges to
be matched with you and other families. We ask that Parents request a
Sitter using the website (http://chicagosupersitters.com) or by email
    (requests@chicagosupersitters.com).

Your Chicago Super Sitter Perfect Match

• We believe that the best and brightest people come to us from word of
mouth. We personally interview, conduct background checks and verify
references to the best of our ability on all Chicago Super Sitters that are
sent to your family, ensuring that you get the best possible Sitters
available with the least amount of hassle.

• Finding the perfect match for your family is always our number one
priority. Help us do this by being upfront about any issues, situations or
special needs in your family or household. This information will help us
provide the best possible experience for your family and the Sitters we
    introduce to you.

• We understand that anyone who comes into your home acts as a
potential role-model for your children. As such, CSS, Ltd. takes pride in
the clean, neat and professional appearance of the Sitters we match you
with. We ask all Sitters to dress in an appropriate manner consistent with
their childcare responsibilities. We ask Sitters to avoid extremes in dress
and appearance, while not compromising their individuality and
    personality.

CSS, Ltd. – Parent Handbook 3
• We strongly discourage Sitters from smoking as a matter of concern for
the health of the Sitter, children and all involved. Since this can be a key
part of being an appropriate role model to children, we ask all Sitters NOT
to smoke while in your home.

• Telephone and Electronic Communications (e-mail and instant messaging)
are valuable tools for communicating, however; the personal use of these
communications should not interfere with the Sitter’s responsibilities.

• We want the household to run as smoothly in the hands of a Chicago
Super Sitter as it does in your own. To assist us with meeting this goal,
we recommend you fill out a copy of the Family Information Form, which
you may print or download on the Website. We ask you to please go over
this form with your Sitter when they arrive in your home. Making sure all
of your expectations, rules, and specifications are clear and understood
before you leave a Sitter with your family, is crucial to helping us achieve
our goal of placing you with the best Chicago Super Sitter available.

• An Emergency Medical Release is also available for you to print or
download on the Website. We strongly recommend that you print this
form and leave it for your Sitter. We hate the thought of emergencies,
but they do happen and we want your Sitter to be prepared.

• If there is an illness is your family, please try your best to contact CSS,
Ltd. directly at (773) 512-9924 so we can let your Sitter know.

• CSS, Ltd. is aware that emergencies, illnesses, or pressing personal
business may arise. If any Sitter is unable to show up for an appointment
you scheduled, we will do our best to find a replacement. While at this
time we can offer no guarantee in such situations, compensation will be
made to the Parent requesting service, on a case-by-case basis.

• In this respect we also understand that, occasionally, you may run over
or be late too. If you know you are going to be late coming home at the
end of a placement, please call your Sitter directly and let them know.
Please be aware that communicating your expectations in these situations
to the Sitter directly is strongly recommended. We cannot require a
Sitter to stay longer than you originally requested. If a Sitter agrees to
stay, you should compensate them appropriately.

• In addition to using common sense, Sitters also use their best judgment
while in your home. We do our best to introduce you to a Sitter who we
    think will be a successful match for you and your family, however;
ultimately it is your decision. You are the only one that knows what is
best for you and your family. If there is anything that is of concern to
you, please do not hesitate to bring it to our attention.
