The family butcher business opened in 1996 by Tim and his father in law with just one member of staff
in Wellington, Somerset. The company, Tim Potter, Son & Daughter Ltd has evolved into a highly

Tim’s staff, many of whom have worked with him for over a decade,
share and understand his family philosophy of integrity, experience
and excellent customer service. The Tim Potter Family Butcher

available not only in his busy Wellington shop, but also in over
thirty restaurants, schools and care homes throughout
