      All registration fees are payable at the time of registration. Class sizes are limited, so register early! Payment can be
  made by cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). Please make checks payable to “The City of
  White Plains”. Financial assistance may be available to qualified applicants. Federal Income Tax Form 1040 tax year 2017 or
  proof of SSI or SSD

This program provides the opportunity to learn the basics &
fundamentals about running, begin strength training, and aid in health
development necessary for a lifetime of enjoyment. Participants will
have a great time honing their skills and compete against themselves or
their classmates in a noncompetitive, environment. Classes meet twice a
week, and are limited to 30 participants per class. ALL PARTICIPANTS
MUST DRESS APPROPRIATELY FOR THE WEATHER, WEAR SNEAKERS,
AND ATHLETIC CLOTHING TO EVERY CLASS. VOLUNTEERS ARE
