REFRIGERATION
After many years of experience in the evaporative refrigeration sector, Porinox has chosen to obtain its
own evaporative panel.
The panel distributed by Porinox is manufactured and produced to strict quality standards.
EVAPORATIVE PANELS The design and materials used for its production have been duly tested and subjected to presure and
durability tests, to ensure a long service life.
The direction of airflow circulating through the panel is determined by the design of the slats that
constitute it. This design and distribution of the slats ensure that the panel offered by Porinox has a high
performance.
Evaporative panels can be applied in the livestock sector, food and industrial agronomist.

Integral modules are an excellent solution for customers who need to
refrigerate facilities individually.
They incorporate all the elements necessary for their operation (water
circuit and submersible pump). Integrating these elements into the

ECO MODULES
Eco cooling for farms
Eco modules are designed to be able to offer the cooling of farms
through a joint installation, with the ability to connect multiple modules
to each other, optimizing the number of pumps and tanks to be installed.
Its light weight and compact design guarantee easy installation. The
water outlet is located in the center of the module, and their
measurements vary depending on the length of the model.

NEW BAIT REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
Porinox has designed a system to complement the natural cooling of fattening ships in
the warmer months of the year, to avoid decreased productivity during this time due to
high temperatures.
AIRFLOW It is proven that an optimal temperature inside the farm, increases animal welfare and
consequently the performance of the holding.
For a standard farm (measure of 60x14m anda 1000 animals), a total of 4 equipment
distributed longitudinally would need to be installed. The total contribution of cold air by
the Airflows inside the ship will be 48,000m3/h aproximate.
Airflow equipment is easily installed in the operating windows providing a
homogeneously renewed airflow thanks to its diffuser.
Increasing clean air and lowering indoor temperature, increases the feed intake of
animals.

Cooling solution for fattening
This system offers all the elements necessary to supply a well-distributed
airflow inside the ship: a cooling module of 180x40x200cm, a
polypropylene panel to cover the window gap and fit the fan and a dual-
direction deflector to create the right currents. The farm can be
refrigerated with minimal consumption.

Linear cooling for farms
This system is designed to cover long wall lengths. The model has been
improved and refined with the experience of more than 15 years, until it
offers a robust and durable product. One-piece bottom channel, made
entirely of INOX, no gaps or joints. This ensures los-less operation due to
possible expansions.
The tank containing the pump is integrated into the lower channel, this
does not require auxiliary tanks or water collection systems.

Cooling in farm sheds
The cooling sheds are especially suitable to be able to offer a high
cooling capacity inside farms. Its arrangement of panels in the shape of a
“U” guarantees maximum uptake of the outside air.
Chassis made of 304 high quality stainless steel 1mm thick for greater
durability and resistance to any external factor.

Cubic refrigeration for farms
Cooling buckets offer us the possibility to cool the farms from the top of
the ships. Located on the roof, the cubes capture the air from the outside
and introduce it into the farms. Its cube-shaped design ensures that we
capture maximum air on all sides of the system. Made entirely of 1mm
thick 304 stainless steel.
