College Preparation Tests 9-12 Advanced Placement May 6 - May 17 Paper/Pencil These standardized exams are designed to measure how well students mastered the content and skills of the AP course.

A successful score could earn students credit and advanced placement in college. For specific test dates visit: apcentral.collegeboard.org/courses/exam-dates-and-fees/2019-exam-dates 9-11 PSAT 8/9 & NMSQT Oct 10 Paper/Pencil Preparation test for the SAT taken in senior year which is widely used as a major criterion for college admission. PSAT/NMSQT qualifies 11th grade students for the National Merit Scholarship Competition. Initial assessment is only administered once in a student's career based on home language survey completed once by parents during registration.

9-12 ELPAC Summative February 4 - May 24 ELPAC Measures how well ELLs are progressing with English development in each of the four domains. The results are used as one of four criteria to determine if the students are ready to be reclassified as fluent English proficient. 11 CAASPP: SBAC/CAA April 1 - May 24 CAASPP State mandated assessments to measure ELA and Math academic standards for all students. 12 & Highest Science Class CAST/CAA Science April 1 - May 24 CAASPP State mandated assessments to measure Science academic standards for all students. 9 Physical Fitness Test Febuary 4 - May 24 EADMS State mandated assessments to measure students' fitness levels.
