Welcome to the Cruisers Day Trips brochure for 2018 where you’ll discover some
great days out starting in June through to December.
Cruisers have been operating since 1995 and have an enviable reputation for high
quality coach hire. Our specialist team of travel planners and highly experienced
drivers ensure that we can provide days out to remember.
What you need to know.. Pick up point
All of the days trips featured in this brochu-
re will start from one single pick up point
in Redhill Town Centre. You’ll find ample
parking to leave a car for the day and is close
to the main bus station if you are travelling
by public transport.
All our day trips are purely transport only
unless otherwise stated.
We are also happy to arrange other means
of pick ups for disabled passengers or larger
group bookings, most of our day trips do
cater for wheelchair passengers. For more

Sissinghurst Castle Garden was the backdrop for a diver-
se history, from the astonishing time as a prison in the
1700s, to being a home to the women’s land army. It was
also a family home to some fascinating people who lived
there or came to stay.

Warner Bros Studios, Leavesden - £19 per person Entry tickets not included.
Enjoy a magical mystery tour around the studios of Har-
ry Potter. The Harry Potter film series made Leavesden
its home for more than ten years. As the books were
still being released while the films were being made, the
production crew saved many of the iconic sets, props and
costumes that were created especially for the films. Now
you can enjoy them too.

Join us in a day of agricultural fun in the heart of The
New Forest. 30 acres of grounds offer a fun filled day
which includes shows, many cultures of food and trade
stands.

RHS Wisley Gardens – £25 per Adult / £19 per child - Entry tickets included. All
areas are accessible to wheelchairs except the Rock Garden and some areas do have uneven paths. There is a recom-
mended wheelchair route and all buildings are fully accessible.
Visit the beautiful house and gardens of RHS Wisley.
Enjoy a leisurely walk through the grounds or enjoy the
best seasonal British Wisley grown produce in the well
known Food Hall.
Some areas of the gardens may be challenging to wheel-

Hastings - £17 per person
Hastings is really three towns in one joined by a level
promenade; the Old Town to the east, the bustling
contemporary shopping Town Centre in the middle and
St Leonards to the west featuring the classical elegance of
James Burton’s architecture and the fashionable Norman
Road – recently named as the new ‘Portobello Road-
on sea’ by The Times` and offering a great collection of
antique shops and vintage galleries.

Hever Castle – £15 per person - Entry tickets not included. The Castle may not be suitable for
wheelchair users however the gardens are and a single garden ticket can be purchase.
Hever Castle is located in the village of Hever Kent. It
began as a country house, built in the 13th century and
became the seat of the Boleyn family. It later became
into possession of King Henry VIII fourth wife Anne of
Cleves.
Enjoy the castle and gardens with us. The Castle may not
be suitable for wheelchairs but a single garden only ticket
can be purchased on entry.

Garsons Farm, Esher - £15 per person
Garsons farm is a well established Garden Centre and
Farm shop. Based in Esher, Garsons Farm has the largest
pick your own farm in the country. The farm shop sells
home grown produce and the restaurant provides fresh
seasonal meals.
Enjoy the array of plants for sale along with the indoor
shop.

Polhill Garden Centre - £15 per person
Polhill Garden Centre in Kent is a family owned business
with over 50 years gardening experience. More than
just a garden centre. Polhill has a fantastic restaurant
where guests are invited to relax, enjoy light snacks and
afternoon teas. The children’s area features all weather
surfaces with slides, climbing frames go karts and crazy
golf. This is a great day out for all the family.

RAF Duxford - £37 per person Entry tickets included
Walk through the same hangers and buildings as those
who served at RAF Duxford. See aircrafts take to the
skies from the airfield that Spitfires first flew. Get up close
to over a century of aviation with hundreds of aircrafts
and objects on display. Be dwarfed by the B-52 and Con-
corde, get up close to famous Second World War classics
including the Spitfire, Lancaster, Tiger Moth and the
Vulcan Bomber.

Stratford & Warwick Castle - £41 per person Entry tickets included. Warwick castle has
steps, narrow passageways and low doorways which can present a challenge to people with reduced mobility.
Relax in a luxurious coach to Stratford upon Avon, birth
place of William Shakespeare. Enjoy some quality time
taking in the views and enjoying the shops. We then
travel to Warwick Castle where you can experience the
fun of real history. Marvel at the birds of prey and get lost
in the Maze.

Gunwharf Quays is a large retail shopping outlet in
Portsmouth near the Spinnaker Tower. Grab a bargain or

Chartwell was the home of Sir Winston Churchill. It is
now a National Trust visitor’s site where you can explore
the history of the house and Gardens. Some areas may
prove difficult for wheelchair users.

Canterbury & Dover Castle – £24 per person Entry tickets not included . Wheelchair
access is available within the grounds: Arthurs Hall, Stone Hut, Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment and Queen’s
Regiment Museum. Great Tower has access to ground floor only. Pharos has access over gravel path.
Travel with us to the city of Canterbury to see the famous
Cathedral. Enjoy the cobbled lanes and shops in the town
and take in the history. After lunch we travel to Dover
Castle to spend a while visiting the grounds and Castle.
Dover Castle may prove difficult to wheelchair users.

Widely known as the best small zoo in Europe, Drusillas
