Lowest Price Assurance
This certificate assures that the total price for the work specified in the agreement is the lowest price available for the
material, installation, performance specifications, and warranty. Should a qualified* home improvement company offer
comparable materials, installation, performance specifications, and warranty at a lower price between now and
up to 30 days after the installation of products, Five Star Bath Solutions will complete the work and refund the difference,
plus $100, within 30 days of receipt of the written specifications and proposal of qualified home improvement company.*
*Qualified home remodeling company must meet the following requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 10 employees. • Installation must be performed by company employees consultants.
• Must be in business at least 5 years. • Product quality & specifications must be equal to FSBS.
• Must carry a current local builders license. • Product warranty offered must be equal to FSBS.
• Must carry liability insurance in amounts equal to FSBS. • Provide written specifications on a signed proposal.
• Must carry and keep compensation insurance in amounts equal to FSBS. • Must be listed with the Better Business Bureau and in good standing.
