How to define a package?
We offer delivery services for documents and packages of specific dimensions and shape.
You can track their delivery status online.
Your shipment will be sent and priced as a package
if it meets all the following conditions:

Here’s how to calculate the shipping price of your package:

How to define a pallet shipment
Learn our definitions for standard pallets, non-standard pallets and over-sized shipments
and ensure your pallets and heavyweight shipments are properly classified.

Standard pallets, over-sized shipments, and others
Make sure that your pallets and heavy shipments are classified according to
our definitions for standard pallets, non-standard pallets, and over-sized shipments.

Fit to Travel shipments
To avoid damaging other shipments and protect FedEx employees and couriers from harm, the packaging
of a Fit to Travel package or pallet must be durable and appropriate to the dimensions and weight of the shipment.
The shipment must include all applicable labels and a complete waybill. The package should be filled with cushioning
material to prevent contents from moving around.

Unfit to Travel shipment
A shipment that does not meet the Fit to Travel criteria is Unfit to Travel, and thus cannot
be transported using the FedEx network. An unproperly prepared and secured shipment
may be qualified as Unfit to Travel and returned to sender, be it a standard, non-standard,
over-sized or special shipment.
A shipment will be classified as Unfit to Travel if it meets at least one of these conditions:
