Our Safari tents offer a comfortable and relaxing interior divided into 4
areas: parents’ bedroom with double bed 1m60 x 2m - 1 children’s
room with 1 single bed and an under towed bed, and a bed Wardrobe
(1m60x2m00) for which your children will fight! There is also a kitchen
with 1 sink, fridge / freezer, all crockery and a coffee machine. A space
meal inside with table and chairs and an outdoor table. A small outdoor
seating to enjoy the many squirrels that come say hello. The tents are
situated in the serenity of a wooded area close to all amenities.
A really nice accommodation for those who like ‘glamping’ classy. Access
to the Wifi network (charge) of your tent. Sanitary facilities nearby.

Our safari tent offer you a comfortable and cozy interior. This large ver-
sion is perfect for two couples with up to 4/5 children or grandfather/
grandmother, cousins, friends... There are two bedrooms with two beds
of 1m60 x 2m, and between these two rooms a «Wardrobe bed for a
child» and a dressing ... On the first level you will find a dormitory with 4
beds. You have a complete kitchen with sink, fridge / freezer, crockery
and a coffee maker and microwave. A comfortable sofa and a large di-
ning table. On the covered terrace there is a lounge set with a comfor-
tabel bench and chairs to watch the curious squirrels, and two sunbeds.

simpel accommodations that is why we offer a low price. You will find a

The Villa Paradis is the ultimate in comfort facing the Mont Ventoux!
Two air-conditioned double rooms (Epeda beds 1.60 x 2m) plus a chil-
dren’s bedroom with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms equipped with a heated
towel rail and hairdryer and a separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen:
microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine Nespresso, kettle, toaster, juice
squeezer, fridge/freezer. In the living room, there is air-conditioning, a
large bookshelf, television, DVD player, satellite dish with French, En-
glish and German channels and a fireplace. Gas central heating. Wireless
Internet connection (on payment).
Outside there is a large terrace with private sauna for 4 persons, outdoor
shower, hammock, teak garden furniture and deckchairs. A little shed
with a washing machine and tumble dryer where you can also put your
bikes. Sheets, towels and end cleaning are included.

Practical information
Holiday with Baby… If specified upon your booking in an accommodation, we will be happy to provide you a high chair, cot, baby bathtub, changing table and
unbreakable dishes, free of charge (20€/camping).
Miniclub (3-12 year olds) free: Opening: 28/06 to 27/08. Your child will be automatically registered when you book if they fall into this age bracket,
although places are limited. (places limited to 5 half-days per week to be agreed on your arrival date).
Length of stay: arrival from 4:30pm and departure before 10am.
Maisonnette : • Rental by night (2 nights min.) from 01/05 to 3/07 and from 15/08 to 10/10 • Rental by Week (7 nights) OR 10 NIGHTS with arrival / departure
according to the planning established for each unit from 3/07 to 15/08.

Espace pitch
Lavender, thyme, bay leaves and olive trees offer a bouquet of scents that will enchant your stay at Bélézy, a site
with such inimitable charm...
• ‘Espace’ pitch: these are larger pitches surrounded by a hedge for those who require more space (120 m²). The
pitches are adapted for caravans and tents (If you come with a little tent, the soil can be hard on some pitches
so take good pins !)
Résidentiels pitch
• ‘Résidentiel’ pitches: surrounded by a hedge and with their own washing-up sink, water hook-up, mains drainage
and electrical hook-up. Most of the Residentiel pitches are sunny.
Camping Car confort pitch
A camping pitch with enough space to accommodate large motorhomes (up to 8 m). You will find a stabilized soil
and have your own water supply and electricity connection (if you want to use electricity, you have a supplement).
If your moterhome is equiped with a drain hose you can connect it directly to the drain. The pitches are sunny or
half sun half shade, please notify your choice when you make you booking.
Cyclo / Rando Tent
No need to bring your tent, or maybe you are coming by bike... You can rent one of our bivouac tents. On the first
level you will find 2 single beds (can be put next to each other) and on the lower level a table and 2 benches with
possibility to stow you bike. Blankets and pillows available, sheet can be rented. Do not forget to bring your cook
and kitchenware ! Sanitary unit nearby. Possible to rent per night. 2 people maximum. Tariff single: 20% discount

Your option is valid for 8 days during which time you must send us your deposit. Without confirmation in the 8 days following your call, this option will be cancelled. You will receive no
reminder.
Payment
• Camping pitch and Accommodation : the balance must be paid 1 month, at the latest, before the first day of rental. A lack of payment of the balance within this delay will result in the
cancellation of your booking.
CANCELATION
All reservations with an outstanding balance will be cancelled in accordance with the general sales conditions. In all cases of cancellation, the following will be retained or owing: reservation
fees + an amount equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay if you cancel more than 16 days before the reserved date of arrival; the total amount of your stay if you cancel less than 16
days before the reserved date of arrival or if you do not show on that date. For cancellations for which the administration of the centre is responsible, except for force majeure, the client
will obtain the reimbursement of all the sums paid.
CANCELLATION WARRANTY - Special adaptation on cancellation warranty during Covid-19 pandemi in 2021
Less than 30 days before your stay, 3 options:
1. You have taken out our cancellation warranty, you can change, cancel or postpone your stay and you can choose either a refund or a postponement of the amount paid as a deposit
(deduction of 30€ administration costs + the cost of the insurance).
2. If you have not taken out a cancellation warranty with us, we will retain your deposit and give you all the elements to arrange it through your own insurance company.
3. You forget to inform us that you are not coming (no show), in this case the total amount of your stay will be charged.
Up to 30 days before your arrival date, you can change, cancel or postpone your stay and you can opt for a refund, or a postponement for a later stay, of the amount you have paid
(with a deduction of 30€ administration fee).
INSURANCE
The Domaine de Bélézy declines any responsibility for damages incurred on camping equipment, caused by its owner. Your own personal third party liability insurance, covering your
equipment, is obligatory.
Arrival
From 12.06 to 29.08, you may check in and have access to the grounds NO EARLIER THAN 12 O’CLOCK. You will have access to your accommodation or camping pitch after 4:30 pm.
Accommodation and camping arrival 4:30 pm departure 10:00 am any day of the week, except :
* from 12/06 to 29/08 : for all accommodation, arrival Saturday 4:30 pm and departure Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
• From 01/05 to 14/5 and 12/9 to 10/10 : all accommodations can be rented for minimum 2 nights
• From 14/5 to 12/6 and 29/08 to 12/9 all accommodations can be rented for minimum 5 nights, except the Maisonnette (2 nights min.)
• Maisonnette : Rental by week (7 nights) OR 10 NIGHTS according to the planning established for each unit. The rest of the year as written as above.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 150 € per accommodation is required upon your arrival. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure, during office hours, after an inspection of the premises. Any
damage or missing articles will be added to your invoice as well as the cost of cleaning if you do not leave your accommodation perfectly clean. If you cannot be present for the inspection
(departure outside of office hours) the deposit will be returned by post.
DEPARTURE
For any departure from a camping pitch or return of the keys of an accommodation after 10 am, you will be billed for an additional night. Any extension of your stay must be requested 24
hours before the original departure date.
ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed on the Domain.
NATURIST CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR
Bélézy being a naturist establishment ratified on certain criteria by the Fédération Française de Naturisme, 26 Rue Paul Belmondo, 75012 Paris, dossier number 59, dated January 9,
1969 ; the direction reserves the right to refuse entrance or to evict any person whose conduct is not in accordance with naturist criteria. We ask those who have piercings in intimate places
to take them off during their stay at Bélézy out of respect for others and above all, the children.

As provided for in article 16 of French data protection Act 78-17, the website www.belezy.com is registered with the data protection authority for the processing of personal data. Site
registration is currently pending.
2/ Collection of personal data
Personal data refers to any and all information making it possible to identify you directly (surname, first name) or indirectly (e-mail).
This website collects personal data through the pre-booking form, subscription to electronic newsletters, sending of questions to the site and the contact page.
3/ Disclosure of data
This website undertakes not to disclose the information concerning you to third parties, in any form, without your clear and explicit approval. The only exceptions to this rule are in-house
surveys with our service providers and compulsory measures taken by judicial authorities or stipulated by legal provisions.
