Savian Organic Chardonnay
This is a young and unoaked Chardy with a fine, delicate nose. Soft and rounded on the palate, there’s lovely
fleshy pear and ripe stone fruit flavours and a line of minerality running throughout,leaving a delightfully
clean finish and fine length.

Collefrisio Pinot Grigio
Perfumed with hints of stone fruit and orange peel, the palate is beautifully weighted, silky with rolling
flavours of sweet pear, galia melon and hints of mango and apricot. It’s utterly delicious.

The Better Half Sauvignon Blanc
This sleek and racy Marlborough Sauvie is an absolute joy. Confident with a positive nose of rocket leaf, red
pepper, lemon sorbet, gooseberry and elderflower. Dry but luscious, there’s a fine balance between the
heady richness and zesty freshness, with fleshy, exotic mango on the palate countered by energetic acidity.

Pazo de Villarei Albariño
Dazzling pale-lemon colour with cool, exhilarating notes of lemongrass, pineapple and green apple, and
intriguing hints of white flowers and fresh herbs. Fruity, juicy and extremely enjoyable!

Vieil Armand 'Happy' Riesling-Pinot Gris
A 50/50 blend of Riesling and Pinot Gris that just works so well, the zinging zestiness of the Riesling
softened out by the elegant and floral Pinot Gris. Racy initially, softening on the mid-palate with hints of
pineapple and pear, and some lovely savoury and floral notes like honeysuckle on the dry finish.

Château Maucoil Organic Côtes du Rhône Villages Blanc
A succulant with an exotic, curvaceous feel and fresh, powerful notes of honeyed grapes, apple, lime tree
and apricot. Fleshy and succulent, with a dry finish.

Château de Chemilly Chablis
Classy French Chardonnay with cool, briny scents and an intense, bracing wash of lemon, galia melon and
seashell, with hints of flinty minerals and cool grapefruit on the finish. Supremely refined, and utterly
delicious! Chablis is a super food wine – marry it with raw oysters, mussels, think ‘Platter’ or simple fish ‘n’
chips for complete food and wine heaven!

Domaine Pabiot Pouilly-Fumé
A nose that is elegant, highlighting citrus and stone fruits along with grassy notes, capsicum and a hint of
elderflower. The palate is rich and refined, an initial burst of citrus fruit tempered by gooseberry and melon
characters, and finishing with delicate mineral touches and a hint of gunflint.

Jules Taylor OTQ Sauvignon Blanc
This Kiwi Sauvie exudes finesse with an intriguing fusion of soft peach, honey and guava, lightly seasoned
with flickers of oaky caramel and pecan. Concentrated and silky, with a long, fine finish. On-The-Quiet
Sauvignon Blanc is Jules Taylors take on a Fumé Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc vinified in old French barrels as
opposed to stainless steel tanks, the resultant wine represents a unique interpretation of the Marlborough
Sauvignon style.

Lively and juicy with sweet notes of black plum and morello cherries, with hints of violets, leather and spice,
a quenching acidity and savoury tannins providing balance and a dry finish.

30 Mile Cabernet Sauvignon
Solid, no-nonsense Aussie Cabernet with a typical nose of blackcurrants and charcoal leading to a dash of
cedar, spiced plum and earth. Fairly savoury, grown-up style, with good weight, crispness and dusty
tannins.

Mosquita Muerta 'Cordero con Piel de Lobo' Malbec
A serious Malbec bursting with fruit and varietal characters but with a firm tannic backbone and cleansing
acidity. Gentle extraction ensures a fine balance of vibrant fruits — bramble berries, mulberry and black
cherry — with structure from the skins, and savoury, earthy characters with hints of chocolate and tobacco
leaf.

Don Jacobo Rioja Crianza
A heady cocktail of red fruit and spicy, woody aromas leaps from the glass, dark cherries and wild
strawberries intermingling with vanilla, tobacco leaf, leather and toasted hazelnut. The palate is ripe, fresh
fruit notes supported by firm tannins and piquant acidity, with savoury earthy notes of cedar, soy and
roasted coffee beans on a long, smooth finish.

Bischel Spätburgunder Trocken
This is a classically elegant (Spätburgunder AKA Pinot Noir), with fine aromas of red berry fruits and a hint
of vanilla. Long on the palate with a real freshness to the fruit, red cherries and ripe plum dominate, with
delicate tannins and a dry, smooth, clean finish. Better value than its Burgundian cousins!!

Maturana Tinta is a rare grape variety from Rioja and is native to the town of Navarette. 12 months in
French oak barrels and is so big it almost snarls at you as you release it from the bottle. When you drink, it’s
rich, with a heavy elixir of ripe blackcurrant and warm plum pudding, laced with cassis liqueur and cocoa
powder tannins, savoury, earthy notes of toasted nuts, tobacco leaf, nutmeg, fresh herbs, vanilla and
pepper all showing on a finish that goes on for miles. (Outstanding 95 points, Decanter March 2022).

Château de Lescours Saint-Émilion Grand Cru
Rich and layered Saint-Émilion consisting of 75% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc.
Dark in colour with aromas of red and black hedgerow fruits and earthy notes of forest floor, this is a wine of
great character, rich in fruit yet elegant, and layered with savoury elements, silky tannins and minerality.

A Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) and Merlot (15%) make up this delightfully crisp and

tempered by pink grapefruit for a clean, fruity finish.

A light rose pink frizzante with fresh summer fruit salad on the nose, strawberries intermingling with red
