TRANSPORT We use only top quality, new and modern luxury coaches with air conditioning, washroom facilities, refrigerator, DVD and CD players as standard. All are fitted with WiFi and have spacious legroom and panoramic windows to enjoy the views. Our drivers are highly experienced and professional in every aspect of their job; they are fully trained, knowledgeable and friendly thus making sure your holiday runs smoothly. Travel to the UK is by Irish Ferries or Stena Line, while travel to mainland Europe is on overnight cruise ferries operated by P&O. With comfortable en-suite cabins, dinners and breakfasts on board you can relax and enjoy the ship’s entertainment then next morning you’ll be on your way through Europe.

HOTELS We carefully contract a range of 3 and 4 star hotels, many in city centres, others in scenic locations when appropriate to the tours. En-suite bathrooms are standard. Breakfast are always included and dinners are included on most nights – three course meals followed by coffee or tea. The single room supplement is a charge that the hotel charge for single occupancy and unfortunately we have to pass this cost on, but we are conscious of the extra cost and have negotiated with the hotels to keep it at a minimum. SIGHTSEEING We have included a varied programme of sightseeing in our tours to ensure you see the best of the attractions each area has to offer. The itineraries are carefully balanced to provide leisure time and a chance to look around independently, or simply relax. In many cities, we employ qualified local guides to share their knowledge and expertise with you.

Our tour over the Easter weekend takes in the sites and memorials of the Flanders and Somme battlefields where so many fought and lost their lives. Specialised local guides will accompany us around these sites to enhance the visits with their detailed knowledge of the area and its tragic history. We end the tour with a day in medieval Bruges, to relax before the homeward journey. SUNDAY 1ST APRIL (EASTER SUNDAY) – Optional tour Battle of Waterloo Free day in Brussels OR optional visit to Waterloo, the scene of the Battle of Waterloo in June 1815. Visit the new Waterloo Memorial Museum and look at the defeat of Napoleon by Wellington and Blücher. You will also have time to climb the Lion Mound and see the stunning Waterloo panorama. SATURDAY 31ST MARCH (EASTER SATURDAY) Today we have an inclusive full-day visit to Keukenhof Park often known as‘The Greatest Flower Show on Earth’. Here you see over six million bulbs in bloom as you stroll through the fantastic fragrant vibrant carpet of tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, orchids, roses, carnations, irises, lilies and many other flowers. Included is an hour-long whisper-boat ride which glides silently through the canals banked either side by fields of sheer colour, while listening to how the Netherlands today, are the largest producer of tulips. Return to hotel in late afternoon for evening dinner.

SUNDAY 1ST APRIL (EASTER SUNDAY) After breakfast we visit Volendam, an authentic fishing village. Visit the local Museum to learn about its history, clothing and cheese making. A short pleasant ride in a sail boat to the village of Marken on the peninsular will also be included. Return to Volendam for free time to perhaps visit its cheese making factory before returning to hotel for evening dinner. MONDAY 2ND APRIL (EASTER MONDAY) Visit Aalsmeer and its Flower Auction, the largest flower market in the world, where 20 million flowers are traded for in just one day. Visit a nearby large flower and plant grower (farmer) who will demonstrate the entire process from humble beginnings of the seed to the end product which finds its way into your homes. A relaxing but a very educational day in the heart of the flower growing capital of the world. Return to the hotel for dinner.

TUESDAY 3RD APRIL Check out and leave behind Amersfoort but your Dutch adventure has not finished yet. Today drive west to the Netherlands real capital – The Hague, where government sits. Local guide will take you on a short city tour, then free time in this historic city which suffered heavily during WWII. Devon and Cornwall are delightful counties with historic cities, quaint villages and two famous National Parks - Dartmoor and Exmoor. From golden beaches to rugged moorland, the area was once the haunt of smugglers and there are many myths and legends to discover. Our tour is based in Torquay, a coastal town set in the very heart of the English Riviera on the South Devon Coast. ITINERARY TUESDAY 8TH MAY Pick up by luxury coach from our designated pick up point and travel to Rosslare for the ferry to Pembroke. Continue through South Wales and across the Severn Bridge into England. Overview of Bath, known for its Roman baths with their natural hot springs and 18th-century honey-coloured Georgian architecture. Arrive at our hotel for an overnight stay with dinner included.

WEDNESDAY 9TH MAY Drive to Exeter for an orientation tour of this fine city then on to Taunton, the home of English cider. Continue to Buckfast Abbey, home to the Benedictine monks. Free time for lunch and a look around, before heading to the seaside resort of Torquay, our base for the next four nights. THURSDAY 10TH MAY Today after breakfast, we drive to Plymouth and have an overview of its many historical sights, the Hoe, the Barbican and the Mayflower Steps. Continue our excursion to the world famous Eden Project – a truly‘global’garden in a breath-taking location. Explore the vast Biomes, huge artificial greenhouses containing thousands of species of exotic plants and the stunning gardens which have been developed on formerly barren land. FRIDAY 11TH MAY Take a lovely drive along Cornwall’s south coast to see St Michael’s Mount, then reach Land’s End, the most south-westerly point of mainland Britain. This well-loved landmark is famous for its unique location and beautiful scenery. Take a stroll along the towering cliffs and pop in to the fascinating Visitor Centre. Finally, drive to St. Ives with its galleries, craft shops and picturesque harbour before returning to the hotel for dinner. SATURDAY 12TH MAY Today head to the north coast and the village of Tintagel, associated with the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. Visit the remains of Tintagel Castle and explore the village. Next stop is the Cornish fishing harbour and foodie destination, Padstow - situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty with wonderful bays and beautiful golden beaches. Return across mysterious Bodmin Moor to the hotel for dinner.

SUNDAY 13TH MAY Check out of the hotel and enjoy a leisurely drive across rugged Dartmoor, with a stop at the fascinating Dartmoor Gaol Visitor Centre. Also stop at a cider farm before heading to our hotel in Chester for dinner and an overnight stay. Chelsea Flower Show is the highlight of the horticultural year. Set in the grounds of Chelsea’s Royal Hospital, the world-famous show attracts thousands of visitors to see the stunning show gardens, floral marquees and the Great Pavilion. Our tour includes a city tour of London and visit to Hidcote Manor Gardens. ITINERARY WEDNESDAY 23RD MAY Pick up by luxury coach from your designated pick up point and travel to Dublin for the ferry crossing to Holyhead. THURSDAY 24TH MAY After breakfast, set off for a full day at the spectacular Chelsea Flower Show. Tonight savour the atmosphere of the numerous restaurants in the London Designer Outlet Village which is located beside the hotel. FRIDAY 25TH MAY Check out of the hotel after breakfast and enjoy a brief city tour of London with a local guide. Then drive to Hidcote Manor Gardens, one of England’s most inspiring gardens, situated in the beautiful Cotswold countryside. After this visit, continue to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

SATURDAY 26TH MAY Depart after breakfast for the return journey to Holyhead with a rest and coffee stop en route. Return to Dublin, followed by immediate transfers to original pick up points. THE CONTRACT (a)NocontractshallariseuntiltheOrganiserhasreceivedthecompletedBookingFormt ogether withadepositorfullpaymentfortheholidayandhasissueditsconfirmationinvoice.Th eterms ofthecontractbetweentheConsumerandtheOrganiserarecontainedsolelyintheseBook ing Conditions,theOrganiser’sconfirmation,theOrganiser’sbrochureorotherdescript ivematerial, anyairlineorsailingticketissued,thetermsandconditionsofanysuppliersofservic esandthe itineraryissuedbytheOrganiser.

(b)Whenyoumakeabookingyouconfirmthatyouhavetheauthoritytoacceptanddoaccepto n behalfofyourpartythesebookingconditions. (c)TheOrganiserreservestherighttoterminatethecontractwiththeConsumerifthebe haviour orconductoftheConsumereitherpriortoorduringaholidayislikelytoendangerthewel l beingofotherConsumersinhiscompanyorthatoftheConsumerhimself,theOrganiser,or thatof theOrganiser’srepresentatives,contractors,agentsoremployeesandthecancellati on chargesasprovidedforinClause9oftheseconditionsarepayablebytheConsumer.Furth er, where,asaresultoftheConsumer’sactionsortheactionsofanyotherpersonwhoisliste don theBookingForm, eitherorbothofthefollowingincidentsoccurs: (i)Thereisadelayordiversiontothemeansoftransportationthesubjectofthiscontra ct; (ii)TheaccommodationinwhichtheConsumerisstayingisdamaged;theConsumerhereby agreestoindemnifytheOrganiseragainstanyclaim(includinglegalcosts)madeagains tthe Organiserinrelationtotheoccurrenceofsuchincidents.

2. PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS ItshallbetheConsumer’sresponsibilitytodisclosepriortobookingtotheOrganisera nyphysical ormentalconditionofamemberofhispartywhichmayberelevantandnoliabilityshallat tach totheOrganiserfortheprovisionofanunsuitableholidayforapersonwithspecialneed swhere disclosureofthedisabilityhasnotbeenmadetotheOrganiserwherethebookinghasbeen made directlywiththeOrganiser.TheOrganiserreservestherighttodeclinetoprovideahol idayfora personwithspecialneedswhereintheOrganiser’sopinionthatholidaywouldbeinconsi stent withthespecialneedsofthatperson.

3. SPECIAL REQUESTS Specialrequests(e.g.groundflooraccommodation,seaview,airseatallocation,etc. )shallbe communicatedbytheConsumerinwritingtotheOrganiseratthetimeofmakingthebooking . TheOrganisershallusereasonableendeavourstofulfilsuchrequests.Thegrantingofs uch requests isthesoleresponsibilityofthepropertymanagement/airline.Noliabilityshallatta chtothe Organiserforfailuretocomplywithaspecialrequestandsuchrequestsdonotformparto fthe contract.Ourpolicyistopractiseseatrotationonthecoachonallcoachtours. 4. PRICE VARIATION AllpricesquotedarestatedinEurosandarebasedontariffsandexchangeratescurrenta nd appropriateatthetimeofpublication.Ifanyofthesevarythecostoftheholidaymayinc reaseor decreaseaccordingly.Anysuchincrease/decreasemustbepaidbyorrefundedtotheCons umer. Duringtheperiodoftwentydayspriortodeparturedate,thepricespecifiedinthecontr actshall notbeincreasedbytheOrganiser.Thecircumstancesinwhichthepricemaybevariedshal lonly betoallowforchangesin: (a)Transportcosts,includingthecostoffuel, (b)Dues,taxesorfeeschargeableforservicessuchaslandingtaxesor embarkationordisembarkationfeesatportsandairports,or (c)Theexchangerateswhichapplytotheparticularpackage. 5. THE CONSUMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES (a)TheConsumershallcheckalltraveldocumentationimmediatelyitisfurnishedtohim .Ifthe Consumerconsidersanydocumenttobeincorrectorhasaqueryinrelationtoitscontents ,he shallforthwithnotifytheOrganiserofhisconcernandtheOrganisershallrespondasso onas possible.

(b)TheConsumerissolelyresponsibleforensuringthathepresentshimselfatthepoint of departureinsufficienttimepriortothedesignateddeparturetimetocompleteembarka tion requirements.IftheConsumerarrivesafterthecheckintimestipulatedinthetraveldo cuments provided,theOrganisershallnotbeobligedtocarrytheConsumerandshallbeentitledt o treatthe holidayashavingbeencancelledbytheConsumer.Norefundwillapply. (c)TheConsumerisrestrictedbyregulationofcarriersandexecutiveauthoritieswith regardtothe weight,typeandcontentsofbaggagewhichhemaytakeonboardthecraftand/orvehiclesw hich willbeusedinconnectionwiththeholiday.TheConsumershallberesponsibleforascert aining anylimitationswhichapplyinthisregardandshallnotpresenthimselfattheportofdep arture withanyprohibitediteminhisluggageoronhispersonorwithitemswhichexceedweighto r dimensionrestrictionsapplicable.

(d)TheConsumerherebyagreesthatheshallabidebyallinstructionsordirectionsgive nby amemberoftheOrganiser’sstafforanycrewmemberofacarrier’scraftorvehicleusedin connectionwithaholidayandherebyagreestoindemnifytheOrganiseragainstanylosso rinjury sufferedorincurredbyanyotherpersonasaconsequenceoftheConsumer’sfailuretoact in accordancewithanysuchdirectionsorinstructions. (e)ItisalsothesoleresponsibilityoftheConsumertoensurethatheisinpossessionof alltravel documentationi.e.passports,visas(whererelevant)andthatsameareinorder.TheCon sumer herebyagreestoindemnifytheOrganiserforanycostsincurredbytheOrganiserasacons equence oftheConsumerbeingdeniedtransportationorentryasaconsequenceoftheConsumerfai lingto havetheirtraveldocumentationorsamenotbeinginorder.

6. LIABILITY TheOrganisershallnotbeliableforanydamagecausedtotheConsumerbythefailuretope rform thecontractortheimproperperformanceofthecontractwherethefailureortheimprope r performanceisdueneithertoanyfaultoftheOrganiserorRetaileractingontheOrganis er’s behalfnortothatofanothersupplierofservicesbecause: (a)ThefailureswhichoccurintheperformanceofthecontractareattributabletotheCo nsumer; (b)Suchfailuresareattributabletoathirdpartyunconnectedwiththeprovisionofthe services contractedfor,andareunforeseeableorunavoidable; or (c)Suchfailuresaredueto(i)unusualandunforeseeablecircumstancesbeyondthecont rolofthe Organiser,orothersupplierofservices,theconsequencesofwhichcouldnothavebeena voided, evenifallduecarehadbeenexercised;or(ii)aneventwhichtheOrganiser,orthesuppli erofthe services,evenwillallduecare,couldnotforeseeorforestall.Inthecaseofdamageoth erthan deathorpersonalinjuryordamagecausedbydefamationorbythewilfulmisconductorgro ss negligenceoftheOrganisertheamountofcompensationwhichwillbepaidtotheConsumer will belimitedto,inthecaseofanadultanamountequaltodoubletheinclusivepriceoftheho liday totheadultconcernedandinthecaseofaminoranamountequaltotheinclusivepriceofth e holidaytotheminorconcerned.TheOrganiser’sliabilitywillnotexceedanylimitatio napplicable underanyinternationalconventiongoverningorrelatingtotheprovisionoftheservic e complainedofintheplacewheretheyareperformedorduetobeperformed,evenifthat conventionhasnotbeenratifiedorappliedintheRepublicofIreland. ForinternationaltransportbyairtheprovisionsoftheWarsawConvention1929(includ ingas amendedbytheHagueProtocolof1995andbyanyoftheadditionalMontrealProtocolof197 5) ortheMontrealConvention1999relatingtothecarriageofpassengersandtheirluggage byair mayapply,throughouttheflightandduringboardinganddisembarkation.For internationaltransportbywatertheprovisionsoftheAthensConventionrelatingtoth eCarriage ofPassengersandtheirluggagebysea,1974,mayapply.Inrespectofrailtravel,theBer ne Convention1961,inrespectofcarriagebyroad,theGenevaConvention1973;and,inresp ect ofhotels,theParisConvention1962mayapply.Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,thismeanstha tthe Organiseristoberegardedashavingallbenefitsofanylimitationsofliabilityandcom pensation containedinanyoftheseconventionsoranyotherinternationalconventionsapplicabl etothe Consumer’sholiday.

7. COMPLAINTS (a)WithoutprejudicetotheConsumer’srightsunderClause7(b)below,iftheConsumerw ishes tomakeacomplaintinrelationtoaholiday,hemustimmediatelyinformtheOrganiser’s representativeatthelocationwheretheConsumeriswhenthecomplaintarisesandshall ,if theOrganiserrequires,completeaformsettingoutthedetailoftheConsumer’scomplai nt.If theConsumerfailstocomplywithsuchrequirement,theOrganisershallbeentitledtore cover thecostfromtheConsumerofanyadditionalexpenseincurredbyitcarryingoutsubseque nt investigationofacomplaint,whichisfoundtobeunjustified.

(b)TheConsumershallbeobligedtonotifytheOrganiserinwritingofanycomplaintnotl ater than28daysafterhisreturntotheportofdepartureorterminationoftheholiday,which everis theearlier,andnocomplaintreceivedthereaftershallbeentertained. 8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION ThisContractandallmattersarisinghereunderistobegovernedandconstructedinacco rdance withthelawsoftheRepublicofIrelandandthepartiesherebyirrevocablysubmittothe jurisdictionoftheCourtsoftheRepublicofIreland. 9. PAYMENT Theholidaymustbepaidforinfullatleast8weeksbeforethescheduleddateofdeparture ,orif thecontractismadelaterthan8weeksbeforethescheduleddateofdeparture,itmustbep aid forinfullonthesigningoftheBookingForm.

CancellationforNon-Payment.Iftheholidayisnotpaidforbytheduedate,theOrganise rshall havetherighttocanceltheholiday.IftheOrganiser,attherequestoftheConsumer,agr eesto delaycancellationoftheholiday,thenif theOrganisersubsequentlycancelsfornon-payment,the cancellationchargessetoutinthisClause9shallapplyandbepayablebytheConsumer. Inthecaseofholidaysbyair,becauseoftheever-changingnatureofairfarestructures andthe increasingavailabilityofinstantpurchaseairfares,mostoftheflightswhichwesell mustbe paidforinfullatthetimeofbookingtogetherwithournormaldeposit.Mostairfaresare non refundableandaccordinglycancellationofholidaysinvolvinginstantpurchase/tick etedflightswill incurlossofairfaretogetherwithourstandardcancellationchargesasdetailedinthi sClause9. •Morethan6weeksbeforethedeparturedate,anydepositpaidshallbeforfeited. •Within6-4weeksofdeparture,50%ofthecostoftheholidayisforfeited. •Within4-2weeksofdeparture,75%ofthecostoftheholidayisforfeited. •Within2weeks–1weekbeforedeparture,90%ofthecostoftheholidayisforfeited. •Within1weektothedateofdeparture,100%ofthecostoftheholidayisforfeited.All cancellationchargesapplytoeachpersoncoveredbyabooking.Ascancellationcoverap plies immediately,anyinsurancepremiumisnotrefundable.

Inregardtosportseventsandotherticketedevents,inadditiontotheabovepaymentcon ditions, anon-refundablepaymentofaminimumof€80willapply. 10. SUBSTITUTION (a)WheretheConsumerispreventedfromproceedingwiththeholiday,hemaytransferhis bookingtoapersonwhosatisfiesalltheconditionsrequiredtobesatisfiedbyapersonw ho takestheholiday,havingfirstgiventheOrganiserreasonablenoticeinwritingofhisi ntention todosobeforethedeparturedate(suchnoticeshallnotbelessthan14dayspriortotheda teof departure).ThetransfereeoftheConsumermustsignaBookingFormandcomplywithanyot her requirementsoftheOrganiserapplicabletotheholiday.

(b)AConsumerwhotransfersaholidaybookingshallbejointlyandseverallyliable,wit hthe transferee,totheOrganiserforpaymentofanybalancedueinrespectoftheholiday,and fora substitutionfeeof€50perpersonsubstituted,subjecttoamaximumof€100perbooking( orsuch othergreatersumasmaybeauthorised). (c)Insuranceisnottransferable. (d)InaccordancewithClause1(a)theConsumerwhotransfersaholidaybookingandthe transfereeshouldbeawarethatsomesuppliers,suchascarriers,imposecancellationf eesand applyrestrictionswhicharenotwithinthecontroloftheOrganiserandforwhichtheOrg aniser shallnotbeheldliable.

11. ALTERATION BY THE CONSUMER IfafteracceptancebytheOrganiseraConsumerwishestoalteraholiday,theOrganiserm aydoso atitsdiscretionifpracticable.ArequestforalterationmustbemadebytheConsumerin writing andmustbeaccompaniedbyapaymentof€50perperson,whichpaymentisnotrefundable.If thealterationisimpracticabletheoriginalholidayarrangementshallcontinuetoapp ly.No alterationbytheConsumershallbeeffectiveuntilsuchtimeastheOrganiserissueswri tten confirmationofacceptanceofsuchalterationandthecontractbetweentheOrganiseran dthe Consumershallbetherebyamendedtoincludesuchalteration.IfonlysomeoftheConsume rs bookingrequestachange,whichisfoundtobepracticable,apriceadjustmentforallCon sumers onthesamebookingmaybepayableandmustbedischargedonthedateshowninthe Organiser’swrittenconfirmationofsuchchange.IfdefaultismadebytheConsumerinco mplying withtheforegoingrequirements,theOrganisershallhavetherighttocanceltheholida yin accordancewithClause9andthecancellationchargesasprovidedforinClause9arepaya ble bytheConsumer.Oncetravelhascommenced,nochangesoralterationsmaybemadebythe Consumerandnorefundsshallbemadeinrespectofflightsorothertravelarrangementsw hich arenotavailedof.

12. ACCOMMODATION ON REQUEST Whereaccommodationis“onrequest”anadditionaladministrationchargeof€50willbe payablebytheConsumer.Thischargewillbecreditedtothecostoftheholidayonceabook ing isconfirmed.IftheOrganiserisunabletoobtaintheparticularaccommodationrequest edby theConsumer,theOrganisershalltakeallreasonablestepstomakeacomparablealterna tive availabletotheConsumer.IftheaccommodationrequestedbytheConsumercannotbe confirmedoranalternativeofferedisnotacceptabletotheConsumer,theConsumerwill be entitledtoarefundofallmoniespaidtotheOrganiserlessa€25administrationcharge. 13. ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY THE ORGANISER (a)WithoutprejudicetotheConsumer’sstatutoryrights,theOrganiserreservestheri ghttoalter, change,curtailorcancelaholiday.

(b)Ifasaconsequenceof“forcemajeure”(asdefinedinsub-paragraph(e)ofthisclause ),the Organiserisobligedtocurtail,alter,extendorcancelaholiday,theConsumershallno tbeat libertytomaintainaclaimforcompensationorotherwiseforanylossarisingasaconseq uenceof thesaidcurtailment,alteration,extensionorcancellationoftheholiday. (c)TheOrganiserhasaminimumnumberofbookingsrequiredforaprogrammeofholidaysto operate.TheOrganiser’sobligationtoprovidethatprogrammeshallbecontingentupon the Organiserreceivingandmaintainingthatminimumnumberofbookings.Intheeventthatt he Organiserdoesnotreceivetheminimumnumberofbookingsorhavingreceivedsuchminimu m numberhasthatnumberreducedbyreasonofcancellationsortransfersbyConsumersor otherwise,theOrganisershallbeentitledtocancelorcurtailtherelevantprogrammea tany timeupto4weekspriortothedeparturedateandtheConsumershallnotbeentitledtomake a claimforlossarisingasaconsequenceofcurtailmentinthesecircumstances.TheOrgan isershall notifytheConsumerwithinsevendaysofanycancellationorcurtailmentnecessitatedb ythe foregoingcircumstances.

(d)Ifpriortothedeparturedatethereisacancellation,alteration,changeorcurtail ment relatingtoaholidaywhichresultsinmorethan18hourschangeinthetimeofdepartureor return,orachangeofresortorinthetypeofaccommodationoffered,orsomeotherchange whichfundamentallyalterstheholiday,theOrganisershall,ifpracticable,offerana lternative comparableholidayofatleastsimilarstandardorshallrefundtheConsumerallmonies paid.Unlesswithinsevendaysoftheissueoftheofferofanalternativeholidayitisacc eptedby theConsumerinwriting,theOrganisershallassumethattheConsumerhasdeclinedsucho ffer andtheConsumershallonlybeentitledtoreturnofpaymentsmade.Thisclausedoesnotre lateto sportingeventsorotherticketedevents.

Notificationperiodpriortodeparturedateandcompensationperperson: Within8weeks€13.00Within6weeks€25.00 Within4weeks€38.00Within2weeks€50.00 (e)Inthebookingtermsandconditions,theterm“forcemajeure”meansunusualand unforeseeablecircumstancesbeyondthecontroloftheOrganiserorothersuppliersofs ervices, theconsequencesofwhichcouldnothavebeenavoidedevenifallduecarehadbeenexercis ed oraneventwhichtheOrganiserorthesupplierofservicescouldnotforeseeorforestall ,including ActsofGod,naturaldisasters,adverseweatherconditions,fireorotherdestructiono fanyvessel, craftorvehicletobeusedinconnectionwithaholiday,riots,actsofwar,civilcommoti on,exercise oflegislative,municipal,militaryorotherauthority,strikes,industrialaction,r equisitionof equipment,mechanicalbreakdown,shortageoffuel,insolvencyordefaultofanycarrie rorservice connectedwithaholiday,fraudperpetratedagainsttheOrganiseroranyotherreasonbe yond thecontroloftheOrganiser.

(f)Thesizeofthecoachusedwillbedeterminedbytheamountofpassengersbookedona holiday.Thesizesofthecoachesavailableforuseontoursarecoachesofaminimumof28s eats andmaximumof53seats.Multiplecoachesmaybeusedwheretourgroupsizedictates. (g)Inregardstosportseventsandotherticketedevents:intheeventofafixture/event being changedfromaweekenddate(weekenddaysbeingdeemedasFriday,Saturday,Sundayand BankHolidayMonday)toamidweekdateorviceversa,theOrganiserreservestherighttoc hange thetypeofservicebeingprovided,i.e.atwonightweekendtripbeingalteredtoamidwee k daytrip.Thesechangesaresubjecttothesamepaymentandcancellationpoliciesasstat edin sub-paragraph(d).Ifafixture/eventistransferredorpostponedforwhateverreason, itisagreed fixture/eventiscancelledandthetourhasalreadydeparted,thetourwillproceedasal eisure breakandarefundoftheentrancefeewillbeprovidedonreturn.

(h)Inregardstoferrytravel,ifaferryiscancelledpriortodeparture,theOrganiserw illdo everythingwithinitspowertoprovidealternateferrytraveloptions.TheOrganiserca nnotbeheld responsibleforlatearrivalatormissingofanevent.RefundswillnotapplyunlesstheO rganiser receivesrefundsfromsuppliers. 14. INSURANCE TheOrganiserstronglyrecommendsthatallConsumersavailoftravelinsuranceforboth domestic andnon-domesticholidays.TravelinsuranceisavailablefromDMTours.Allclaimsmade against insurancepoliciesshallbemadedirectlybytheConsumertotheinsurer.TheOrganiserw illnotbe responsibleforanyclaimsmadeagainsttheinsurancepolicies.

THECONSUMER’SATTENTIONISDRAWNTOTHENEEDTODISCLOSEPREEXISTINGILLNESSES, EXCLUSIONCLAUSESANDEXCESSESINTHEINSURANCEPOLICYARRANGEDBYTHEORGANISER. 15. SAFETY Allpassengersmustremainseatedintheinterestofsafetywhilstvehiclesareinmotion .Seat beltswherefittedmustbeworn.Movementtothecontraryisatpassenger’sownrisk.Atno time maydrinkingalcoholorsmokingbepermittedonanycoach,busorothertransportprovide d.The Organiseranditsagentsreservetherighttorefusepassagetoanypersonswhoarefound inviolationofthesesafetyconditions,orwhoarefoundtobeadangertothemselvesoran yother passengers.Thesepersonsforfeitanyclaimforcompensationorrefund. 16. TOUR PICK UP POINTS & COLLECTION ROUTES WhilsttheOrganiserwillendeavourtocollecttheConsumerasclosetotheirlocalityas possible, therecanbenoguaranteethatthepickuppointwillbeattheConsumer’spreferredlocati on. PickuppointswillbesenttoConsumersapproximately10daysbeforedeparture,togethe rwith theiritinerary.

CollectionrouteswillbedependentonthenumberofConsumersineacharea. Therewillbetwomaincollectionroutesenroutetotheferryonthemorningofdeparture. 17.
