Falcon Dunes Golf Course, located just north of Luke AFB on Northern Avenue, is truly one of the top military golf courses in the world. This 18- hole, par 71, championship layout features mounded contours that frame rolling fairways and undulated greens.

Besides the breathtaking views of the majestic White Tank Mountains, the course is also well known for the unique native desert landscaping that outlines the course. This Gary Panks design is considered one of the “flagship” military courses in the world and has received numerous awards including Air Force Golf Program of the year. Take advantage of the state-of-the-art, 8,250 square foot clubhouse which houses the Snack Shack Restaurant and Bogey Bar. Stop by the first-class golf shop, which provides for a one of a kind golf and dining experience.

The clubhouse and surrounding grounds are available for parties and are a favorite place for wedding ceremonies and receptions.

A full range of catering services is available for any function. The roomy practice facility contains outstanding putting and chipping greens as well as a lengthy, turf- grass practice range. The P.G.A. staff can also meet your game development needs by providing professional instruction to both adults and juniors along with precision club fittings. Throughout the year Falcon Dunes conducts adult and youth group training programs for those that wish to learn the game of golf. These programs are available to all Authorized Patrons and Guests. GOLF COURSE INFORMATION & RULES ANNUAL ADVANCE FEE CARD: Falcon Dunes does not offer an Annual Advance Fee Card, however, you may purchase a 25 or 50 round Multiple Round Coupon Book for a discounted fee from the regular green fee rate.

ATTIRE: Appropriate golf attire must be worn at all times by players and non-players while using the facility. Men are required to wear proper golf attire inclusive of collared shirts with sleeves, mock-turtle necks shirts with sleeves designed specifically for golf, knee length shorts, and golf or tennis shoes. Blue jeans are permitted. Women may wear golf related tops, sleeveless tops designed specifically for golf, skirts, slacks, or knee length shorts. NOT PERMITTED is gym clothing, casual T-shirts, sweat pants or sweat shirts, cut-off shorts, or bathing suits. Military uniforms may be worn in the clubhouse and practice area only but not on the golf course.

AUTHORIZED GUESTS: Are persons who have been invited by an Authorized Patron to use a Services Facility. The Authorized Patron must accompany the Guest on each visit and is responsible for the Guests conduct. Guests have the same priority for use of the facility as the Authorized Patron. AUTHORIZED PATRONS: Are those eligible to use the golf facility.

BAR: The is open 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the FALL and WINTER seasons and is open on a limited basis in the SUMMER. CHILDREN/JUNIORS: Children between the ages of six and seventeen are permitted on the chipping/putting green and practice range provided there is continuous adult supervision. Children ages twelve to seventeen are permitted to use the golf course provided they have completed the Junior Orientation Training program at Falcon Dunes.

ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS: Falcon Dunes has a fleet of 80 golf carts available for rental on a per person basis. Observers, spectators, or additional riders are required to pay the applicable cart fee for 9 or 18-hole use. Privately owned golf carts are not permitted at the facility. Golf cart rules are posted on the carts and the score cards. A valid Driver’s License is required to operate a motorized golf cart. Management may, due to adverse weather conditions or required course maintenance, restrict the golf carts to cart path use only. Handicap flags are available. EQUIPMENT: Each player must have his/her own set of golf clubs and bag.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES: No food or beverages may be brought onto the golf facility but must be purchased from the golf course. GOLF COURSE OVERSEEDING: Each year in October, the golf course will be closed for eleven days for preparation and seeding of a winter grass to maintain the best possible playing conditions. GOLF RATES: Falcon Dunes has a Three-Season Rate Structure: Summer: June 1 through September 30 (Lowest Rates) Fall: October 1 through November 30 (Mid Rates) Winter: December 1 through May 30 (Highest Rates) All golf rates are within the Major Command Minimum and Maximum requirements.

GOLF TOURNAMENTS: All golf tournaments are to be scheduled through the golf shop and require a signed contract. Special Event and Benefit Tournaments (I.E. fundraiser IAW AFR 11-32, Par 4-8a) require prior approval. INTRAMURALS: The base intramural golf league is administered by the Fitness Center. MEN’S and LADIES CLUBS: Men’s and Ladies clubs are organized and managed by the club members. The by-laws are posted in the respective locker rooms. Information for joining either club is available in the golf shop. Ladies Club plays on Wednesdays and the Men’s Club plays on both Mondays and Thursdays. MERCHANDISE: Only Active Duty, retired Military, and DoD Civilians and their family members may purchase merchandise except a Guest may purchase minor items of equipment necessary for the days play such as golf balls, logo items as a souvenir, or exchange tournament gift certificates. MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: Clothing that has not been worn, unused golf equipment, or defective items, may be returned or exchanged.

If a refund is warranted, the proof of purchase or receipt is required for all refunds. PETS: Are not permitted on the golf course or practice facility at any time. SERVICE ANIMALS are permitted - inform the golf shop if a SERVICE ANIMAL is to be on the course. PLAY: Play will be governed by the USGA rules of golf. Local rules are posted on the scorecard. PRACTICE FACILITIES: The practice facilities include the Driving Range, Practice Putting Green, and Practice Chipping green and Sand Bunker. Practice Facilities are for Authorized Patrons and Authorized Guests only. Range balls may only be used in the designated practice areas and are not to be removed or used on the golf course.

The Club manager may approve a cash or credit refund under special circumstances such as out-of-town visitors. The following Rain Check policy applies: 1. If played 1 to 6 holes, an 18-Hole Rain check (& golf cart if applicable) 2. If played 7 to 12 holes, a 9 –Hole Rain check (& golf cart if applicable) 3.

No Rain Check will be issued if 13 or more holes have been played.

Golf is played, for the most part, without supervision of a referee or umpire. It relies on the honesty and integrity of all individuals to show consideration for others, the golf course and property, and to correctly apply the rules of the game. It is imperative that all players show good sportsmanship as well as using common sense safety practices. When playing please: Replace Divots, Repair Pitch Marks on the Greens, Rake Bunkers, Use the Sand bottles on carts to fill Divots, obey the posted Golf Cart Rules and keep up with the group ahead.

Our goal is for 4 players to complete a round in 4 hours 15 minutes. Allow faster groups to pass if there is open space before you.
