Operator (AEO) even with F status which
combines both security and customs
standards:

  Being a certified AEO enables a company to satisfy
   all customs formalities for customers from trade and
   industry within the EU more efficiently.
  By means of this certification, the European Union
   aims to structure international supply chains more
   securely. The granting and maintenance of AEO
   status is attached to comprehensive conditions
   which require the providers of logistics services to
   demonstrate their reliability, solvency and
   compliance with the relevant legal and security
   provisions.
