◼ Weather in May: Tokyo weather in May is warm with temperatures of 15° and 23° degrees, usually good for
traveling and outdoors activity. Since there are on average 18 rainy days in Tokyo in May and chances for rain are
high, it is recommended to take an umbrella with you. Either way, it is recommended to check the exact weather
forecast for Tokyo before arriving, as the weather forecast becomes more accurate closer to the checked date.
◼ Dress Code: Please wear business attire for the day activity and casual for the evening activities
◼ Business Cards: Please bring enough Business Cards. Exchanging Business Cards in Japan is a mandatory
custom in the Business environment
◼ Transportation: All of your transportation requirements (Airport, Venues, Dinners) will be taken care of. Further
information will be provided two weeks upon arrival.

As we at Fujitsu believe that integrity is a key factor in sustainable business access, and thus attach utmost importance to legal compliance, please understand that in order to be able to proceed with the
necessary preparations and travel bookings, our two-fold compliance procedure for hospitalities has to be completed first which ensures transparency regarding the acceptance of the invitation and the
involved costs.
We may therefore kindly ask an authorized executive of your organization to sign the attached Letter of Acknowledgement and its Annex and return it to us as soon as possible in order to facilitate our
Compliance review and clearance procedures which have to be completed prior to further travel arrangements.
If you prefer to decline the cost coverage by Fujitsu for all or individual items, please state so in the respective sections of the attached Agenda & cost breakdown.
