25 December 2019 TASMANIAN GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 737 (4) Proclamation under section 7 of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 This proclamation – (a) declares portions of certain roads (known as Prossers Developmental Road) as a subsidiary road, with the classification of developmental road; and (b) declares that a portion of Lilydale Road ceases to be a subsidiary road; and (c) consequentially amends an earlier proclamation (S.R. 1970, No. 67) in respect of the description and length of Lilydale Main Road and inserts into that proclamation an item relating to the new subsidiary road known as Prossers Developmental Road; and (d) revokes all, or part of, certain proclamations in respect of Lilydale Road. (5) Proclamation under section 2 of the Greater Hobart Act 2019 This proclamation fixes 25 December 2019 as the day on which the Greater Hobart Act 2019 commences. (6) Greater Hobart Regulations 2019 These regulations prescribe – (a) the procedures to be followed by the Greater Hobart Committee and the Greater Hobart Advisory Group in meetings of the Greater Hobart Committee and the Greater Hobart Advisory Group; and (b) certain matters to be contained in a work program; and (c) where a work program may be viewed. (7) Wildlife (General) Amendment (Deer) Regulations 2019 These regulations amend the Wildlife (General) Regulations 2010 by removing – (a) the limit on the number of antlerless deer that may be taken in a season; and (b) the requirement to affix tags to antlerless deer taken under the authority of a deer licence. (8) Financial Management Amendment Order (No. 2) 2019 This order amends the Financial Management Act 2016 by specifying for the purposes of that Act – (a) that the Tasmanian Health Service is an Agency; and (b) the accountable authority for the Tasmanian Health Service. (9) Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Amendment (Deer) Order 2019 This order amends the Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Order 2004 by adjusting, and extending, the dates of the open season for antlerless European fallow deer. (10) Guardianship and Administration (Corresponding Laws) Amendment Notice 2019 This notice, for the purposes of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 – (a) declares certain laws to be corresponding laws; and (b) removes an outdated reference to a corresponding law. (11) Proclamation under section 2 of the Burial and Cremation Act 2019 This proclamation fixes 25 December 2019 as the day on which the provisions of the Burial and Cremation Act 2019 commence. (12) Dog Control (Sensitive Wildlife and Areas) Order 2019 This order, made under the Dog Control Act 2000, specifies the species of wildlife Eudyptula minor (commonly known as the Little Penguin) to be sensitive wildlife and specifies certain coastal areas at Stanley, Low Head, Bicheno and Wynyard/Ulverstone to be sensitive areas in relation to that sensitive wildlife.
