Heating manifold 2000
The individual modules are made of fibreglass reinforced and heat and cold resistant plastic for operating
temperatures from -20° to +90°C with integrated air chambers for thermal insulation in the colours red or blue.
Connection block with 1½” external thread and 1” internal thread and with an additional ½” hole for air vent.
Service connection right or left possible, circuit screw connections ¾” external thread euro-cone for plastic,
copper/soft steel or multi-layered compound pipes.
Available as modular system or completely assembled and leak tested manifold.

Heating manifold 3000 with flowmeter
The individual modules are made of fibreglass reinforced and heat and cold resistant plastic for operating

Return module with integrated, adjustable flowmeter, lead-sealable cap.

Circuit screw connections ¾” external thread euro-cone for plastic, copper/soft steel or multi-layered

TwinCo 3000 manifold station
TwinCo 3000 manifold station completely assembled
The economic solution for a combined floor/radiator heating system.
The required heat quantity from the radiator circulation is supplied to the floor circulation by a control valve,
which is accessed by the electric digital control. Standard version as fix value controller.
Because of an additional outside sensor (controlled by outside temperature) or an additional supply sensor the
supply temperature of the heat generator can be used as a command variable.
Heating manifold consists of well insulating, fibreglass reinforced and temperature-resistant plastic single
modules in space-saving construction.
Supply module with integrated, manual adjustable valves, change-over to actuators possible.
Return module with integrated, adjustable and shut off flowmeter (indicating range 30-177 l/h or 60-250 l/h).
Circuit connections ¾” external thread with euro-cone for plastic, copper or multi-layered compound pipe.
Service connection 1” internal thread or 1 ½” external thread. Complete with manual air vent, fill and drain
valve, plug and ball valve 1”. With adjustable bypass. We recommend the additional installation of a
hydraulic switch to avoid hydraulic problems.

Water manifold 4001 1¼“ x 1”
The individual modules are made of fibreglass reinforced and heat and cold resistant plastic. The upper
parts are made of brass and have a bellow, which separates the spindle permanently from the water, or a
non-return flap. Every ascending pipe can be separately drained with the integrated outlet device. Circuits
up and down are possible in the same manifold by assembly single modules rotated 180°. Service
connection 1¼” internal thread is on the left or on the right possible, circuit with 1 ½” external thread.
The modules are admitted up to a positive operating pressure of 6 bar. Available as modular system or
completely assembled. All modules are leak tested.
ATTENTION: Incompatible with water manifold 4000
