The rabbit show circuit relies on its membership! To join our club, contact Cathleen Carr for information at
catcarr@hotmail.com. The cost is only $6 for individuals or $10 per family per year for ARBA members. For
those without an ARBA membership, please include an additional $1.00 per person.

In order for the shows to start on time and run smoothly we need your help!!! Please come early on Friday
afternoon to help set up, ramrod or clerk at any of the shows or assist with takedown on Saturday night.

Raffle
Raffle drawings will be held on Saturday at 2 pm. Winners’ names will be drawn and the winning ticket must
be turned in to claim prize. Donations are gladly accepted and help us to defray our show expenses. Please
bring any donations to the show – and thank you! Rabbits and cavies will be accepted, however CORBA
reserves the right to approve of the animal(s) first. Owners must provide the Pedigree, animals must be
healthy and have no disqualifications or major faults. Donated animals must be less than 2 years of age. If
no bids are made, the owner must take the animal back at the conclusion of the raffle.

Overnighting Rabbits at Showroom
Rabbits may be brought to the showroom on Friday evening between 5:00-8:00 p.m.
The building will be locked through the night and opened at 7:00 am on Saturday, Sept 15, 2018.
RV & Tent Camping Information
RV space and tent camping at fairgrounds are available.
Contact the Deschutes County Expo Center office directly for reservation. Electric hookups are available.

This show is held in strict accordance with the latest and revised Official Show Rules of
the American Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc.
All rabbits must be permanently marked in the left ear prior to showing. All cavies shall
be legibly earmarked or tagged prior to showing.
Exhibitors are responsible to make sure their rabbits/cavies are taken to the judging
area when called.
All animals must be healthy and in proper-sized transport cages. Any animals deemed
diseased or unsightly shall be removed from the showroom immediately and entry fees
on such specimens will be forfeited.
The club and/or its officers are not liable for any injury or damage in connection with the
show.
Any issue arising that cannot be resolved by reference to the official show committee;
decision will be final.
Entry fees must accompany mail-in forms or they will be considered Day of Show
Entries.
Any person with a return check for this show or for any other service will be required to
pay all outstanding fees (including NSF fees charged by our bank) and the current year
fees with cash or money order before they will be allowed to show.
A separate entry form required for each entrant and show, so make copies as needed,
you may use the generic entry form found on the OLRCB website or the form provided
in our catalog.
Please circle the show you are entering on each entry form.
Any phone calls for clarification will be made collect (If we cannot reach you, your entry
may be scratched… see official rules).
CORBA reserves the right to refuse entries from exhibitors placing an entry from all
locations within 150 miles, which has had a confirmed outbreak of RCV/RHD/VHD
within the past 60 days of the entry deadline.
All ear changes and substitutions are only allowed in the same breed, variety, class and
sex. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to the check exhibitor list/confirmation for entry
errors prior to judging at the show secretary table.
In order to reduce entry errors, be fair to all exhibitors and have a well-organized show,
