12 13T Levels at The Manchester College Industry Excellence Academy
From 2021, in our Industry Excellence Academy, we will also be offering Technical Levels (T Levels).
T Levels are new two-year technical programmes that will provide you with a high-quality technical
alternative to A Levels, combining classroom learning with an extended industry placement. This will last
at least 315 hours (approx 45 days), and will enable you to learn the most up to date industry skills.
They are equivalent to 3 A Levels and will be graded in a similar way.
In September 2021 The Manchester College will initially be offering T Levels in four subject areas:

To support you financially on your journey to amazing we offer the Study Programme Award (SPA). You
will qualify for this if:

Animal Care at The Manchester College is really enjoyable. You get to learn lots of theory on
topics such as biology, which supports all the practical work we do caring for the animals.
There were other courses closer to where I live but I chose this one because of its study
