ANTICOVID REGULATIONS IN THE CHILDREN'S SECTOR
(for the childhood school sector)

1. Entry and exit from school
(a) The hourly organisation is divided into 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
b) Children enter school from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. The parent will not have access to school buildings. The
child will be entrusted at the entrance by the parent (or the person who takes care of him/her) to the staff
in charge (teachers, auxiliary staff) by staying in the outside spaces of the school only for the strictly
necessary time.
(c) Accompaniment to the facility will be permitted by a single parent or person delegated by the parents
or those who exercises parental responsibility, in accordance with the general rules of prevention of
contagion. It’s absolutely required to use the mask during the entire stay in the areas adjacent to school
buildings.
d) To the parent (or those who take the place) will be required to follow the paths and directions
expressed in the horizontal and vertical signage, to respect any hourly staggering and to respect always
their turn, maintaining the interpersonal distance of at least one meter, avoiding gatherings.
e) The exception is for the parents (one and always the same for each pupil) of new members who will be
able to accompany their own son/daughter in the section of membership to facilitate their detachment.
This is only for the initial reception period and/or for a period of no more than two weeks, during which,
for newly registered only, early out-of-hours departures will be granted.
(f) At the entrance, a school operator will detect the temperature daily for each child. Entry will be
forbidden to all those who show symptoms related to the Covid-19.
g) Three outings will be allowed: one before lunch, one after the meal and, starting from the 1st October,
at the end of the school time (15.30/16.00), with the same rules as for entry. The child may be taken from
a parent or a person expressly authorised by him, however of age.
(h) Whether at the time of entry or at the end of educational activities, games cannot be used inside and
outside the school, nor linger in the courtyards of the school building.
(i) The possibility of taking children before the end of lessons will be limited to only exceptional cases of
justified need and after written request, handed over to section teachers.
(j) Access to third parties will be limited except for cases of actual administrative-management and
operational need and only with regular registration of the admitted visitors, with the identification, for

each of them, of the personal data (first name, surname, date of birth, place of residence), of the relevant
telephone numbers, as well as the date of access and time of stay.

2. Additional services
(a) The reception service (7.45-8.00), will only be possible if the spaces available to each plexus and the
organic equipment of the ATA staff allow the physical distance between pupils belonging to the different
groups to be maintained and the necessary vigilance can be ensured.

3. How the school refection is carried out
(a) From the start of the school year, canteen service is guaranteed on the principle that it must be
substantially insured for all claimants, albeit with flexible organisational solutions based on the number of
children and the arrangement of spaces.
b) Depending on the shape of the plexuses, meals will be allowed:
- in canteen rooms, if the size of the environment allows the groups/sections to be kept properly separated
and in order to avoid overcrowding;
- in the rooms intended and/or converted to educational spaces, ensuring the appropriate aeration and
sanitization of the rooms and furnishings used before and after the consumption of the meal.
(c) If necessary, differentiated time slots will be assessed and provided, agreed with the operator/authority
responsible for the service.
d) The booking of the meal must be clear and speedy and must take place no later than 9 a.m. or with the
communication of the parent (or the caregiver), at the time of the child's entry to school, to the auxiliary
staff or, at the same time, directly from the parent through special registers for the meal.
(c) All new children enrolled and/or otherwise not yet schooled, will be able to use the service only after
the family's agreement with the section teachers.

4. Using toilets and indoor/outdoor common spaces
(a) The use of bathrooms by children will be organized in shifts, in order to avoid crowding and to ensure
the appropriate cleaning operations.

b) Where necessary, access to the common spaces (bathrooms/canteens/gyms/laboratories/gardens) will
be contingent, with the provision of continuous ventilation of the rooms indoors.
c) As much as possible, the exploitation of outdoor spaces will be facilitated, avoiding the mixing of the
groups-section and ensuring the cleanliness of the furniture/games between groups.
d) All available spaces can be converted into separate spaces to accommodate work and playgroups.

5. Clothing and personal items
a) For a.s. 2020-2021 parents are invited to equip their own/own son/daughter with handkerchiefs for
personal use, disposable bibs, disposable plastic glasses.
b) For a.s. 2020-2021, parents are urged to avoid allowing their own son/daughter to bring and introduce
personal items/games to school, especially if they are not easily sanitized.
(c) parents are advised to mark clothing and items with the child's name and to arrange a single backpack
to leave at school with seasonal and complete changes and the necessary to access outdoor spaces (if
possible even in rain).
For the autonomy of children,, leotards, overalls, belts and suspenders are considered unsuitable . It is
also advisable to avoid the use of slippers, which can be dangerous, preferring sneakers.

6. Organization
(a) For a.s. 2020-2021 there will be specific criteria for reformulation of sections groups on the basis of
the need for covid-19 infection to be containment.
b) Expected to:
- reconfiguring the section group into multiple learning groups;
- the stability of the groups;
- the maximum reduction of the number of children per group according to the organic endowment;
- the stable identification of the reference adult figures, except for any substitutions;
c) Teachers and all school operators will reconcile compliance with the standards set by the CTS (ISS
COVID-19 Report – 58/2020 Rev.), with the guarantee, for pupils, of a serene relationship life in the
group and a positive and pleasant educational experience.

7. Integrated Digital Education
In the case of a new lockdown, the use of integrated digital teaching should also provide for the degree of
children an online, albeit limited, share of video calls and/or video conferencing. The implementation of
DAD will be guaranteed, mainly asynchronously.

8. Educational Responsibility Pact
With the approval of this Regulation, we are also committed to the respect and the signing of the
Educational Responsibility Pact (approved with...in date...), which is to be understood as an integral and
substantial part of this regulation.

9.Application
All the staff of the kindergarten and the parents of children attending it are required to comply with this
Regulation, which can be supplemented or amended, with the decision of the Board of Institute, if the
need arises.
