Womennovator 2019
Womennovator is a platform to recognize inspirational women with substance with the ultimate aim to
encourage women in work field. Through various models of assistance, this initiative is an aim to help
women and accelerate their exceptional work
2019’s theme is about “Empowerment” and aims to answer the following questions:
How can you empower yourself on your
leadership journey?
How can you, as a leader or manager, help
empower others around you to succeed?
How can you be an agent of change and a
symbol of empowerment?

100 Women Faces 2019
100 Women Faces is an initiative taken by Womennovator aiming to present stories of young & dynamic
women entrepreneurs, and the trials, triumphs and tribulations of their journey to successful leaders. We
are proud of the ones who have made their difference with their intelligence, strength, passion and
leadership qualities. Along with this a major consideration which we have covered is – “Women
Empowering Women”
This event shall be done in guidance by our esteemed mentors and profiling of the applicants in
accordance with our honourable jury panel
The Event Day of 100 women faces has been marked with more than 100 Women Elevator
pitch which has created an Asia Record for "Maximum Women Changemakers giving
elevator pitches on Event Day" paving the way for it to be recorded in "Asia Book of
Records".

“Success knows, no shortcuts” – A principle I have dedicated my thought and my actions
to. My interest towards varied fields gives me the experience and approach for what I
am today. Born and raised in a middle-class family of Bareilly. It was difficult journey for
me. But , over the years I have garnered corporate experience working in the association
of various multinational corporations such as PWC, Grant Thornton, World Bank.
Everyone has a creative bent, a flair that makes them think out of the box and do out of
the league, but what stops them is a lack of opportunities and resources. Programs like
QueensXI Cricket League, Rasoi Queen, Womennovator series aims at bridging the gap
and are proving to be successful women empowerment platforms. Through QueensXI
Cricket League an idea of “Beti Khelao” along with “Beti bachao, Beti Padhao” comes
into existence. Similarly, the Rasoi Queen Series, allows women to showcase their
culinary skills and serve their talent to the world on a platter.
The most recent initiative of Womennovator is all set to bring out in the limelight those
unrecognized women faces who are working exceptionally good in their own fields and
creating innumerable opportunities for others by building immense space and
innumerable opportunities in their journey of becoming successful leaders.
