Originally used in flight jackets for warmth and weather- and
stretch-resistance, Flight Nylon is a tightly woven fabric
regarded for its exceptional durability, luxuriously soft feel and
stunning visual aesthetic.
Practically everything-resistant.
The composition of this lightweight material resists water, mold,
mildew, stains, stretching, tears and snags. Plus, Flight Nylon
can be easily cleaned.
Premium, lightweight strength.
With a tight-weave 210D filament, Flight Nylon provides
high-tensile strength with excllent rebound qualities so tears,
snags or stretching won’t be an issue, but the material is still
lightweight with a premium, soft hand feel.

A lasting blend of abrasion-resistant fabric
that repels the elements.
Woolenex is a tightly knit, versatile material woven from two different
thicknesses of polyester fiber. By leveraging fibers with varying diameters,
we accomplish a truly intentional fabric. The result is an unrivaled balance
of lightweight, durable textile with beautiful color depth. This unique blend
also repels the elements and resists wear, tear and fade over extended
periods of use.
Lighter and stronger.
Woven from both 300D and 600D polyester, Woolenex retains a slim,
lightweight form with the high-tensile strength of ballistic nylon—
meaning you can use it consistently over extended lengths of time. Its
resilient composition takes on any environment with excellent resistance
to abrasions and shrinking.
Weather-resistant.
Woolenex is made with a water-repellent top coating that resists rain,
snow, sleet or mist. The coating also inhibits the growth of mold and
mildew, as well as aids in preventing unwanted chemicals or residue from
adhering to the fabric.

In 2016 alone, 6,172 million pounds of PET plastic were available
for recycling. Of that number, only 1,753 million pounds (about
28.4%) were collected through recycling programs. That’s where
Diamond Ripstop—a blend of 63% recycled PET polyester
and 37% polyester—comes in. By encouraging the use of eco-
conscious materials made from recycled PET bottles, we can help
increase the awareness and production of these fabrics to reduce
the amount of plastic waste in our environment.

Diamond Ripstop is a sustainable polyester fabric made from
recycled PET bottles—an effective solution that reduces plastic

Diamond Ripstop is made with a 300D fabric weave sewn with
reinforcement fibers in a crosshatch pattern, a technique in which
the yarn is woven in repeating sets of intersecting lines, resulting
in its diamond-like pattern. This construction method provides a
tight weave with low porosity, delivering high resistance to wear,
tear, shrinking, moisture, mildew and even airflow, so you get
more from your Diamond Ripstop bag for longer.
