If you OPT IN, any participating member scoring an elusive Hole in One in 2020 will receive
a gift certificate equal to $1 per participating member along with a commemorative
gift. Program cost is $20 annually and will be billed to your account at the time of
registration. If you OPT OUT and make a hole in one, you will still receive a
commemorative gift and a high five in the pro shop.

Annual Membership Fee of $389 (including GST)The Men’s Club Program The Cordova Bay Men’s Club provides our members with a multitude of ways to further enjoy Cordova Bay. A group of over 500 are active throughout the season. We host a Men’s Night in season for our members and their guests. Men’s Night is Thursdays and includes golf, prizes, and dinner. Members are welcome to register for men’s night at the outset of the season to secure a tee time for the entire summer. It’s an easy way to make a steady date for golf in your hectic calendar. The Men’s Club hosts tournaments approximately once a month throughout the year. The tournaments are a great way to test your skill and meet your fellow men’s club members. Combine these events with opportunities to represent your club in interclub competition and participation in our season long Mattick’s Cup and you are certain to be busy year round. All Men’s Club members receive Golf Canada and BC Golf memberships, which provides a home course handicap and a factor allowing you to participate in many local and out of town tournaments, as well as subscription to Golf Canada Magazine. The Men’s Club season wraps up with the Last Chance event and the AGM in November. All men’s club members are welcome to attend the AGM. The men’s club executive will elect officers for the coming season at the AGM. Any member who is keen to serve on the executive is welcome to put their name forward for openings.
The Ladies’ Club Program The Cordova Bay Ladies’ Club is one of the largest in British Columbia. Comprised of over 200 women, the Ladies’ Club offers our members a great home base; the perfect environment to make new friends and enjoy golf. Every Tuesday and Saturday the ladies get together and enjoy a ‘Ladies’ day’; a day dedicated to ladies golf, full of fun, casual competition and camaraderie. You do not need to organize a group – we do it for you! Several special events round out the year, each with a different feel and experience, but all founded on the same premise to enjoy the game of golf! Ladies are welcome to participate in Interclub matches that take place throughout the city and lower island. Players are chosen based on availability. All Ladies’ Club members receive Golf Canada and BC Golf memberships, which provides a home course handicap and a factor allowing you to participate in many local and out of town tournaments, as well as subscriptions to Golf Canada Magazine. Each year the Ladies’ Club hosts two Annual General Meetings in March (Spring Opener) and October (Fall Meeting and Awards). Ladies are encouraged to attend these meetings. If you have ideas and opinions and would like to make a difference, positions on our Ladies’ Executive are available each year. Any member is welcome to put their name forward. The positions are 2 year terms.
Leagues
Leagues are an a la carte option open to both our members and the golfing public.
A registration fee will be charged which will include a welcome gift and preferred
discounts for green fees during posted league play times. The Summer and Winter
Leagues offer you a great way to compete with friends and enjoy Cordova Bay at a
preferred league green fee rate all year long.
Summer League 2020

The 2020 Summer League details will be released March 1st.
Winter League 2020/21

The Annual Pass at Cordova Bay $4620 Annually
The annual pass at Cordova Bay Golf Course continues into 2020. Limited in quantity,
you will have the option to play the best course on Cordova Bay road as often as you
like. Registration open only through March 31. 2020.
The annual pass program gets to the core of our business and that is golf. Annual Pass
members will enjoy the benefit of playing Cordova Bay throughout the year at one
price along with the perks associated with Men’s or Ladies’ club membership.

Key points to remember:
The annual fee includes Bay Course green fees only
Players will still be able to participate in programs at a cost of prizing and
food only
Players will still be able to participate in league play. Registration Fees and
prize contributions will be at the player’s additional expense
This program does not qualify for the rebate program
As an annual pass member, I agree to the duration of the program and the total cost of the
annual pass fee. The annual pass membership will be billed to the player monthly according to
the schedule set out by Cordova Bay Golf Course. No refunds will be given.
Annual pass holders participating in the monthly option need to provide a credit card for
payment and payments will come out on the 15th of each month.
The annual pass membership is guaranteed for the 2020 membership year only.
(March 1, 2020 – February 28, 2021)
This program is not guaranteed to run in subsequent years. Purchases after March 1st will
not be prorated.ACCOUNT
Terms and Conditions
As a Club Member you have the convenience of being able to charge
your golf, food and merchandise purchases to an account. Your
account will accumulate your charges for a period of one month. A
monthly statement will be sent to you summarizing your
expenditures. We encourage you to keep your receipts to balance
your statement.
Responsibilities of Holding an Account:
All charging accounts are to be secured by a valid credit card.
Credit card information must be kept current.
Automatic Payment:
Your statement balance for the previous month will be charged to
your credit card on the 15th of the following month.
• Please advise the Administration Office of any changes to your
credit card number, expiry date, CVV or contact information.
• Providing current credit card information is the sole responsibility
of the card holder. Cordova Bay Golf Course will do it’s best to
send reminders.
• Accounts without current credit information and / or overdue
balances will be suspended. Customers with suspended accounts
will not qualify to play in club events until the account is made
current.
• Accounts over 60 days will automatically be charged to the credit
card on file regardless of your usual payment method.
Membership Cancellations:
Please note that a full refund of membership fees will be granted if the
Administration Office is contacted before March 31st and no rounds have
been played and the member gift has not been received. A partial refund of
$179 for medical reasons is available between April 1st—May 15th.
Membership fees are non-refundable after May 15th.REBATE PROGRAM
Frequent Player Rebate Program
The Frequent Player Rebate Program is available to all Men’s and
Ladies’ Club Members. Green fee rebates are accumulated over the
Membership Year (March 1st - February 28th) and credited to your
account on the last day of February.
• Rebates are calculated solely on net green fee expenditures, which
excludes taxes and prize dollars.
• Green fee expenditures for special events, special tee times and
tournaments do not qualify. Special events such as 9 & Dine and
Men’s Night already have discounted green fees and do not
qualify.
Only green fees for the “Account Member” qualify for rebates. A
maximum of one green fee per day will be counted. We encourage
members golfing together to charge to their own accounts to
maximize rebate earning potential.
The Progressive Rebate Structure:
*Level 1: 10% rebate after green fee expenditures of $1,800
*Level 2: 18% rebate after green fee expenditures of $2,800
*Level 3: 50% rebate after green fee expenditures of $3,900
No rebates are earned until you reach the initial threshold figure of
$1,800. Your rebate depends on the threshold figure you reach at the
end of the year. If you reach the first or second level you will receive
10% or 18% discount on all qualifying expenditures. Qualifying
expenditures in excess of $3,900 will earn credits of 50% of the
amount spent over $3,900.
Power Cart Rebate!
• If you spend more than $450 (before tax) on power cart rentals
over the membership year a 10% rebate of power cart fees will be
applied to your account at the end of February.Player’s Club Membership
