(Note – enable Location Services for this app on your device). Click the ‘Login’ button and enter your MLS User ID and Password. Remember! It is a serious finable offense to let an unauthorized person use your MLS Login ID and Password for either the full site or the mobile app (utahrealestate.com/mobile).

Search by a Listing # Select this menu option and then enter one or several MLS numbers – separated by commas. The properties must be of the same type; i.e., Residential, Land, Multi-unit, Farm, or Commercial And then select a property as shown above. Save a Search ‘Save Search’ lets you save and retrieve any searches from previous search sessions on the mobile app. Just click the ‘Save’ button at the top of any search screen Search the Agent Roster To find an agent or broker, touch ‘Roster Search’ and then just type in any part of the agent’s first name, last name, or phone number and then click ‘View Results’ to see the search results. Access Your MLS Address Book Touch any of your entries in the Address Book to see the details – then touch email or phone number to complete the contact. You can also touch the ‘View Profile’ button for more details and client photo. View Your Property Inventory Select Inventory and then Property Type. View Your Property Lists (Hotsheets) Property Lists are lists that you can send manually (Send Selections) or automatically (Hotsheets) from the full site. Check Your Favorites Favorites are properties that you or your client have identified as a property worth noting or marking for more investigation. You manage your favorites on the Full Site by clicking “Profile-Favorites”. Appendix A – MLS Mobile App FAQ’s Which mobile devices are compatible with the mobile app? A: iPhone (IOS), iPad, and Android (Android OS) devices – make sure that you have the compatible OS versions for each supported device.
How soon is data updated from the full utahrealestate.com site to the mobile app? A: The two sites are updated in real time – immediately after changing or updating data. Can I login to the mobile app using my MLS login ID? A: Yes – on the utalrealestate.com mobile app, click the ‘Login’ button on the main screen. Then enter the same login ID and password that you use on the full site. TIP: Your user ID and password are both case sensitive – make sure that your phone keypad is entering the correct upper or lower case letters.

A: Click on “Nearby for Sale” or any Property Search, then select a property and finally click “Route” to see a map and driving instructions. What are Property Lists? A: Property Lists are either Automatic Hotsheets or a Selection of properties sent from the full site to a client. Can I use the mobile app from my iPad? A: Yes, you can download the utahrealestate.com app from the Apple store or you can run the full MLS site from any browser.
Any suggestions when I download this app for the first time? A: Yes, make sure that you turn on ‘Location Services’ for this app – under Settings. What new features can we expect to see for the MLS mobile app? A: Plenty: Property Lists, Map Search Drawing, Demographic data, Open House information Touch the ‘Add to Favorites’ button on any property then select the Star value for this property. Favorites

This section contains highlights of WFR Policies & Procedures as well as the Fine Policy. For a complete list, refer to “MLS News or Support/Policies” on UtahRealEstate.com.
1. Photo policy: This policy requires that six (6) different photos of each built and standing residential property are provided as part of the listing, a) At least one (1) of the photos must be of the front exterior of the building and show the majority of the house. b) At least four (4) of the photos must be of the interior of the house. c) Photos must be submitted within ten (10) business days of the property being listed. d) Duplicate photos will not fulfill the requirement. e) The seller may opt out of all or interior photos with a signed Opt-Out Form submitted to utahrealestate.com.
f) The seller may choose to hide all or some of the photos from public display. g) People displayed in photos must sign and submit a waiver of all applicable publicity rights. h) An unlimited number of photos may be uploaded i) Photos are owned (copyrighted) by the listing agent. Photos cannot be taken and used on another listing or website without written permission from the listing agent. 2. Short Sales – Listing Agents must: a) Disclose that a property is a Short Sale. b) Disclose when “Offer under 3rd Party review”.
c) If no longer showing the property, must select “No Showings” in Showing Instructions and clearly state in the Public Remarks. d) An automatic $100 fine will be imposed for noncompliance of the Short Sale policies 3. Spam: Any email sent to someone without permission is an unsolicited email, or Spam. WFR specifically prohibit using the MLS to collect email addresses, or to send unsolicited email – including email specifically targeted to Realtors, emails about real estate services, and emails about property listing. 4. Listings must be entered within five (5) business days of the listing date (date of the last seller’s signature on the listing agreement).
Late entry fine will be automatically assessed of $10.00 per day up to 10 days and then $20.00 each day after that not to exceed $500.00. 5. Listing information must match the listing input form signed by the seller. 6. Public Remarks may not contain contact info, such as phone numbers or website addresses. All Remarks must follow Fair Housing rules. 7. For market status property changes (Off Market, Under Contract, etc.), the listing must be updated within three (3) business days. 8. Properties listed and sold on the MLS must be reported as Sold. When sold, the listing must be updated to reflect sold status within ten (10) business days of closing. Owner/Agent must be disclosed on the listing.
9. No “For Sale by Owner” or sold signs, other than those of the listing broker, may be placed on a property which is the subject of a Listing. 10. Offers of Commission are unconditional and cannot be reduced by language in the remarks section, except when the commission is reduced by the lender in a short sale. 11. WFR sends email requesting correction for any misleading or incorrect information on a listing. When inaccurate listing data is found, corrections must be made within three (3) business days. 12. Fine of $10.00 per day will be assessed up to 10 days and then $20.00 each day after that not to exceed $500.00. These fines continue until the listing is in compliance.
13. The “anonymous link” is monitored by our Member Services department who will contact the listing agent if there are any concerns with the listing. 14. Do not share passwords. A fine of $1,000 for the first offense and $5,000 for the second offense will apply for violating this policy followed by a possible termination under the Policies and Procedures. 15. Keep email addresses are up-to-date to allow accurate communication with our MLS members.
