Studies have revealed that physical, mental and social

Joining a club is about indulging in sports, leisure pursuits and socializing with friends. However, finding
a group to participate in regularly can be a problem and often results in most people giving up their
interest. Here in CBC we have a number of programmers that cater to various interest groups who
meet regularly to participate and socialize in their favorite sports and leisure activities. Periodically, club
and inter-club competitions are held to pit their skills with one another and those in other clubs too.
So what are you waiting for? Pick up your racket, put on your shoes and Just Do It!
