DAY WISE ITINERARY
June 14th 2015: Rome Airport – Rome Hotel
Arrive at Rome, upon arrival get transfer to the pre booked hotel. Check in
to the G Hotel or similar. Free time to explore the area at Trevi Fountain
Area. We will proceed for Indian Dinner at Indian Restaurant.
MEALS: (DINNER)
June 15th 2015: Rome
After a breakfast, We will proceed for Four hours guided service in Rome
for the city tour (Vatican city includes Vatican Museum, Michelangelo's
Frescoes, the Last Judgement, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica and
Michelangelo's famous Pieta. Visit Colosseum from (Outside) followed by
city orientation tour which includes Tiber river, Roma n Forum, Circus
Maximus, Piazza Venezia). Entrance to Vatican museum and sistine
chapel. Lunch (Under own arrangement), Evening back to the hotel.
Dinner at the Indian restaurant and Overnight at the G Hotel or similar.

June 16th 2015: Rome - Florence
After a breakfast, check out and drive to Florence. Two hour Guided tour
of Florence (Photo stop at Piazzale Michelangelo Point and Statue of
David) and Proceed to Pisa and have Lunch (Under own arrangement).
After lunch Orientation tour of Pisa (No Guide) (includes Square of
Miracles, Baptistery, Cathedral and Leaning tower of Pisa) View Leaning
Tower of Pisa (NO entrance) and Back to Florence Dinner at the Indian
restaurant. Overnight at your hotel B & B Hotel Pisa or Similar

June 17th 2015: Florence – Venice - Padova
After a breakfast, check out and drive to romantic city of Venice. Board
your chartered boat to the traditional Centre of the city - Return Water
taxi from Trenchetto to San Marco. Island walking tour with 1 hour Guide
(Enjoy Vaporetto water bus ride to Venice Island and Visit Glass blowing
showroom from inside followed by walking city orientation tour which
includes Bridge of Sighs, Doge's Palace, Bell Tower, St. Mark's Square,
Basilica. Lunch (Under own arrangement), Transfer back to Padova,
Dinner at the Indian restaurant. Overnight at Park Hotel Villa Fiorita or
Similar.

June 18th 2015: Padova - Innsbruck
Breakfast at hotel, check out and we will drive to Austria - feast your eyes
on some spectacular scenery as you drive over the brenner pass into
Innsbruck; On arrival at Innsbruck Lunch (Under Own Arrangement)
followed by visit Swarovski Crystal Museum - Orientation tour of Innsbruck.
Evening Dinner at the Indian restaurant. Overnight at Alpinhotel Lizumer
Bergheim or Similar.

June 19th 2015: Innsrbuck - Switzerland
After Breakfast driving through the Swiss alpine region we will reach
Zurich/Engelberg andafter dinner check in hotel for 3 Night.
This country begs outdoor escapade with its larger-than-life canvas of
hallucinatory landscapes etched so perfectly one wants to cry – or at
least grab boots, leap on board, toot the bike bell and let spirits rip. Skiing
and snowboarding in the winter wonderlands of Graubünden, Bernese
Oberland and Central Switzerland are obvious choices. But there is plenty
to do when pastures are green. Hiking and biking trails abound in both
glacier-encrusted mountain areas and lower down along lost valleys,
mythical lakeshores and pea-green vines. View the natural grandeur
from the sky in a balloon basket or parachute, or afloat from a white-
water Raft. The perfect antidote is a surprise set of cities: the capital Bern
with its medieval Old Town and world-class modern art, deeply Germanic
Basel and its bold architecture, shopping-chic Geneva astraddle
Europe’s largest lake, tycoon-magnet Zug (play millionaire over a slice of
liqueur-soaked cherry cake) and uber-cool Zürich with its rooftop bars
and atypical Swiss street grit. Visit The National Museum and St Peter's
Church, Admire the Chagall windows on the Fraumünster medieval Old
Town, Lake Zurich Etc. Later we drive to our hotel and after Dinner tonight,
you may either rest at the hotel Conti Swiss Quality Hotel or Similar or can
explore more in Zurich.

June 20th 2015: Switzerland
This morning, we first drive to the town of Interlaken, the scene of many
“Bollywood” films, where you have some time to browse through the
shops. Here you can join the additional excursion: Jungfraujoch – Top of
Europe. From Interlaken a short drive brings us to Lauterbrunnen (or
Grindelwald Grund), where we board the train for the scenic journey to
Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe.
Ambras Castle -Innsbruck
Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe. There are those must-do-before-death
moments like encountering the chiselled north face of the Eiger up close
or reaching crevassed ice on Jungfraujoch (3454m). Most appealing of
all, you don’t need to be a mountaineer to do it. Take an excursion to
Mount Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe, at 3454 meters. Europe's highest
altitude railway station of Jungfraujoch is the highlight of every visit to
Switzerland. From Here you can enjoy aerial views of the Alps and the
snow clad mountains; here enjoy breath taking views of the Aletsch
Glacier which is the longest glacier in the Alps. Enjoy the Ice Palace and
the spectacular view from the Sphinx Observation Terrace facing the
Aletsch Glacier. Early evening we begin our descent. Passengers who do
not join the additional excursion will have free time in Interlaken. Later we
drive to our hotel and Dinner at the Indian restaurant. Overnight at Conti
Swiss Quality Hotel or Similar.

June 21st 2015: Switzerland
Driving through the Swiss alpine region and the winding mountain roads
to the valley of Engelberg, we start our ascent to board the world’s first
revolving cable car, reaching the peak of 10,000 feet and the highest
viewpoint in central Switzerland – Here you can join the additional
excursion: Mount Titlis (weather permitting). Visit the Glacier Grotto or
enjoy a breath taking panorama from the sun terrace. In the afternoon,
we begin our descent, passing the glaciers and thawing ice, which
create, majestic waterfalls. We visit the town of Lucerne, to see the
Chapel Bridge and the Lion Monument - the memory of Loyal Swiss
Guards. This evening, why not join the additional excursion - Lake Lucerne
Cruise. Overnight at Conti Swiss Quality Hotel or Similar.

June 22nd 2015: Switzerland - Paris
Breakfast at hotel, check out and drive through the beautiful alpine
landscapes, Arrive Paris - Welcome to City of Light which offers you the
diversity of modern and traditional life. This architecture rich city offer you
a beautiful view of museums , cathedrals, parks, flea markets, sidewalk
cafes , Avenues, branded fashion Houses, scenic view of Seine river with
charming night life with clubs, bars, shows. After Dinner Tonight, you may
either rest at the hotel or join us for an exciting optional Lido Paris Cabaret

June 23rd 2015: Paris
This morning, on our Guided tour of Paris, we will be introduced to the
main sights of this beautiful city: Hotel des Invalides, Arc de Triomphe,
Champs Elysees, Place de la Concorde, and the Opera. We will proceed
to Eiffel Tower 2nd level & in the evening, enjoy an amazing cruise (*) on
the River Seine (No Guide & TM) - admire the spectacular facades from
your covered. After Dinner Tonight, you may either rest at the hotel.

June 24th 2015: Disneyland Paris Theme Park- Optional
This morning we drive to the famous Disneyland Paris Theme Park where a
day of excitement awaits the entire family. Meet your favourite Disney
characters, watch amazing shows, ride the hair-raising “Space Mountain:
Mission 2” roller coaster, enter Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril and
find yourself in a runaway wagon speeding through the ancient ruins.
Book today the happiest place of the Earth – Disney World. You have
choice to visit Disneyland Park and Disney Studios - 1 Day 2 Parks - By
coach this is a one day pass to Disneyland Resort Paris that gives a full day

Breakfast at hotel, check out and get transfer to the airport for final
departure

Terms & Conditions
Payment is to be made in Indian Rupee equivalent to Euro for land
part and will be deducted from your Basic Travel Quota as per
RBI/GOI Regulations.
Check-in 14.00 and Check-out 12.00, in case of early arrival or late
departure supplement charge applicable as per hotel policy.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. The
above offer is not valid during exhibition, congress or local festival
events; hotel and other services price changes applicable.
Accommodation in the hotels mentioned in the itineraries is subject to
change. Although great care is taken to accommodate travellers in
the hotels mentioned in the itineraries, at times, these hotels are fully
booked. Under such unavoidable circumstances, the travellers will be
accommodated in other similar hotels.
The Travelz Factory shall not accept any liability or responsibility for
any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or
irregularity which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. (In
the event of a passenger falling ill or suffering any accident during the
journey, all hospital expenses, doctor's fees, repatriation expenses
and any other charges incurred as a direct or indirect result of his/her
illness/accident are the responsibility of the passenger.)
Travelz Factory reserves the right to claim any additional expenses
due to delay or changes in train, airplane, bus, ship or other service,
weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause
whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the
passenger.
Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay,
shall be payable by the passengers. The Travelz Factory will not be
liable for the same
Private minibus and coaches being forbidden inside the city's most of
your sightseeing will be done by local buses and by foot. The tour
manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the
monuments as possible.
We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular
departure, Excursion advertised. There are no refunds for any services
i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.
For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the
itinerary. However all the services will remain the same.
The Travelz Factory will not be liable for any loss of baggage, goods,
air tickets, passport, cash, travellers cheques, or any other travel
document or item owned by the passenger while on tour, however
caused.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be intimated to us in writing. Cancellation fee
applicable is as follows:
90 days or prior: Non-refundable booking amount
30 days or prior: 50% of the total booking amount
15 days or prior: 75% of the total booking amount
In case of Visa refusal, cancellation charges will be applicable as per
the airline and hotel policy.
In case of no show, 100 % of the package cost will be applicable
without any refund
Important Notes
Please make the initial deposit quickly to block the room & seat in the
airline
First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In
case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the amended
rates for the hotels
Any increase in the airfare at the time of ticketing is chargeable extra
Any increase in the package cost due to fluctuation of exchange
rate is chargeable
Seat-in-coach transfers & tours are on fixed timings, the guest must
report prior to the departure time otherwise you may miss the services.
Any refund can't be made on the same. For private transfer the cost
will be extra.
Universal standard check in timings 1400 hours and checkout is 1200
hours. Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability
Kindly check the official website of the particular hotel for facilities,
amenities and star category, as we stand no guarantee for it.
Additional Notes:
Passengers joining this tour directly must travel to / from their hub city
on their own expense.
Any further increase in the air fare due to an increase in fuel price,
change in Government regulations, Ticket taxes etc. charged by the
airline will have to be borne by the passenger. Travelz Factory will not
be held responsible for the same Meals at all the destinations are pre-set and a-la- carte is not possible.
Menu Card is not available for individual travellers
Buffet breakfast will be served throughout the tour (except on the day
of arrival)

Due to Trade Fairs and conventions in the cities, it is possible that the
hotel accommodation provided would be outside the city. The same
will be informed in advance
There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not
utilized on your tour
The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any
damages, loss, any health problem, injury, accident, death, delay,
breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour
arrangement. We are not held responsible for on the spot tour
cancellation due to any natural calamity or emergency.
Standard check-in time for the hotels is 1400hrs while check-out is at
1200hrs
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses

or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any
other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne

Travelz factory will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Air-line

be paid in USD out of the BTQ

Full payment for the tour should be made 15 days prior to the

delivered only upon receiving full and final payment & duly filled &
signed BTQ form.
