Section 4 – Loss by theft or straying

How to make a claim and claim procedures

    and to minimise any claim under Your

    against kennel cough before Your Pet
    enters a boarding kennel or a show
    (unless the reason for Your Pet entering
    the boarding kennel is Your emergency

19. I n the event of a claim, You agree to
     take Your Pet to a Vet of Our choosing
     for the Vet to take a DNA sample from
     Your Pet and carry out a DNA test to
     establish it’s breed or cross breeding.
     We will meet the Vet’s fees for the blood
     test and the cost of the DNA test. The
     Vet’s results will be binding on both You
     and Us.

     e reserve the right to increase the
