ACTION PLAN PLAN of the PACA&ODMP
JULY 2020 – DECEMBER 2021
This Plan is an 18 Month Action Plan that will provide guidance to monitor and evaluate
the 4 Strategic Areas to achieve the 15 Key Initiatives and that they are each allocated
actions, measures, agency leads, timelines and outcomes.SECTION TWO: PORT AUGUSTA COMMUNITY ALCOHOL & OTHER DRUG MANAGEMENT PLAN
2020 - 2023
The PACA&ODMP and the 18 Month Action Plan will work on the 4 Strategic Areas to achieve the 15 Key Initiatives and that they
are allocated objectives and actions, agency responsibility, timelines, outcomes and measurements. Within the Plan various
agencies are listed as responsible for actions against specific objectives.
Where “Key Agencies” are listed in the responsibility column of the Plan this refers to all agencies who are:
