In interior: • “Flat” vertical profile • STANDART sliding system STANDART sliding system Aristo sliding system – is an elite system of sliding and swinging doors from a Russian manufacturer. The manufacturing technology of Aristo aluminum profile and swinging systems is one of the most advanced in the world. Primary aluminum alloy is used to make Aristo aluminum profile. The profile is made with the extrusion technique; special molding tools are used. The profile is either covered with PVC wood veneer (special two-stage technology involving etching treatment and passivating treatment) or anodized.

Aristo sliding-door wardrobe doors are made with thick-section aluminum profiles and can be up to 1500 mm thick and 3200 mm high. The maximum weight of the door is 100 kg. The bottom caster wheels are made with metal bearings; they don’t require greasing while ensuring silent and smooth door sliding. The top caster wheels are made of high-endurance plastic. Aristo bottom caster wheels are very reliable and durable; they are considered to be among the best of their kind. The maximum bearable weight for a bottom caster wheel is 50 kg. The swinging door mechanisms and tracks can endure up to 110000 opening-closing cycles which is about 30 years at the rate of 10 daily (according to the factory tests).

The system allows to make also swing doors based on standard rails and swing mechanism.

If the assembly includes the bottom positioner, the silicon strip is inserted into the groove from above, part by part. Its elastic material enables pushing it inside the groove, after which the strip will resume its initial shape. It is recommended to install the silicon strip along the whole track. Use top positioner and door soft closers to fix the door in the required position.

1 Install fitting element (Fig.1). If door has been assemled previously, it’s necessary to partly disassemble the door to install fitting elements. 2 Install door soft closer on the door (Fig.2).

When installing closer on previously assembled door, you must take off top rollers (closer will be installed instead). The door soft closer is fixed at two points: first - with assambly screw instead of top roller, second - with screw (included) in fitting element mounted in previous step. 4 Install the recurrent plate in the top track way up, placed on the side where will be the door (Fig. 4). Install door into the tracks apart of the recurrent plate. Hands we slide the door to the edge of wardrobe (the recurrent plate will be in the right place itself). Shelf system The shelf system consists of a profile set and fittings. Assembled product design is stylish aluminum carcas which can be furnished with drawers, baskets, pantographs and various holders. A wide choice of fittings in combination with stylish design makes the system multi-purpose. Aristo shelf systems has applications for walk-in closets and sliding-door wardrobes. Separate elements of the system can be used in manufacturing of any cabinetry furniture – crockery units, TV-stands, etc., including retail store equipment.

Aluminum furniture facades for kitchen each year gain popularity due to various reasons. First, modern facades for kitchen easily match any interior and make it stylish, fresh- and modern looking. Second, unlike the solid wood facades, MDF, chipboard etc., aluminum furniture facades have greater longevity and open considerably larger opportunities for interior design.
