Aboard!
By the grace of God, we have survived the ongoing Covid crisis, and now a new day has
dawned, and a new era has arrived! With travel restrictions easing and more people
vaccinated, the appetite to travel is greater than ever!
We acknowledge however that many have suffered with not only Covid, but the stress,
reduced working and all that has been associated with this whole crisis.
Like everyone, we too have struggled through a tough time, wheels not moving for 15
months, but we have used this unique time to both move home and operating centre,
and work on an array of tours for 2022 which we hope will encourage our clients into
future travel.
To reassure travellers that their safety is of utmost importance to us, we are still
disinfecting our coaches, providing hand sanitising stations, and requesting the
wearing of masks whilst this is still recommended by the British Medical Association.
Giles Tours are hoping that 2022 will be the year of new adventures for everyone.
All the team at Giles Tours look forward with a sense of renewed hope and anticipation
to the year ahead. We thank all our existing customers for their loyalty and support
and look forward to welcoming anyone travelling with us for the first time.

Important Covid Information!
We are very much aware that Covid has not yet gone away therefore we are still taking precautions for your
safety as follows:
Prior to a tour departing we will deep clean and use our ‘fogging’ machine to thoroughly sanitize our vehicle.
Hand sanitizer will be available at the front of the coach. We request all passengers make use of this as they
board.
In accordance with government advice we request that all passengers wear face coverings whilst on the
coach - unless medically exempt.
Please ensure you:

Do not travel against medical advice.
Follow various local authority advice. This may change as we travel through different regions / counties
Hotels are complying with recommended Covid guidelines to ensure the safety of all guests. We request
that you help the hotel by adhering to their protocols.
Please be aware that in order to reduce contact with guests, hotel services may be restricted.
Restrictions may affect housekeeping, entertainment, leisure facilities and operation of the dining room.
At this time, your patience is appreciated. Hotels are working very hard to ensure
customer safety and to allow everyone to have a safe and pleasant stay.
