SPEED SPACE, with its unlimited flexibility, created this
1,360 ft. conference room complex using seven sections.
Each section was delivered prewired and had its own
floor and roof system. All SPEED SPACE units have
built-in metal weather shields which eliminate
the need for costly mezzanine decking.

Our prewired service entrance makes the “hook up” fast and simple. With SPEED SPACE there are no short shipments, lost or damaged cartons, and no expensive on-site erection problems. FLEXIBILITY SPEED SPACE is the most flexible office system on the market today. Changing products, production lines, methods, tooling, etc., create a demand for flexible office systems. SPEED SPACE is that system. All SPEED SPACE offices can be used outdoors as well as indoors. On a modular basis they can be added to or subtracted from and even made into double story offices. SPEED SPACE can stand up to years of industrial abuse.
A 6” steel tube frame, floor joists 12” O.C., industrial 1/8”
floor tile, 29 gauge steel siding, and a 4 mil. vinyl over
gypsum interior walls are a few reasons why SPEED
SPACE offices and buildings are the toughest on the
market. For long life and low maintenance, there is
no substitute for SPEED SPACE quality.
Unlike other systems, SPEED SPACE is easy to repair
when damage does occur.

SPEED SPACE has full insulation on all six sides, thermal
windows, high light levels, raised floor and professional
interior decor. You can expect maximum performance

The standard SPEED SPACE has exceptional moisture and
static electricity control capabilities, even under adverse
conditions. For computer applications, we will custom
design to your specific power requirements.

All SPEED SPACE buildings are designed for inside or outside NOISE
use. Galvanized steel roof and underfloor sheathing, double
insulated glass windows, vapor barrier and moisture-proof Structural sheathing, gypsum interior and thermal windows
sheathing assures excellent humidity control. create a decibel drop in the 25-30 decibel range, standard
with windows and doors. Raised floor also reduces sound
transmission. For extreme conditions, optional sound
control is available (triple-glazed windows, sound board,
carpeting, etc.).
WIND, COLD AND HEAT
Steel siding, structural thermal sheathing, full 3 1/2” insulation
and thermal windows guarantee comfortable temperatures
even in the most severe weather.
DAMAGE
Exterior steel siding with baked finish on both sides
(40-year guarantee), structural sheathing, 1/8” industrial
floor tile, heavy duty vinyl interior walls, and a 4” rubber
