                       I still cannot believe it that another year has gone by and that we are about to enter 2015. All in all,
                       2014 has been an extremely action packed year for all us with new franchisees joining the RE/MAX
                       family, our entry into the states of Rajasthan and West Bengal, events/convention, discovery days,
                       knowledge seminars for the industry, training sessions for RE/MAX Affiliates, seminars for
                       customers, awards and so on. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each one of you for all the
                       hard work that you have put in 2014 to make RE/MAX a success. On behalf of the entire team at RE/MAX India
                       Headquarters, I would like to wish you a super successful 2015 and a Merry Christmas both personally as well
as professionally. Let's aim at creating a benchmark in the industry by taking professional Real Estate Consultancy to the
next level!!!

Last but not the least, I would like to welcome all the new Affiliates who have joined us and I would like to assure all of you
that you have taken the right decision of joining a company which has ranked 12th in the top 200 Franchise Businesses
across the world and is actually the only Real Estate Franchise company to make it to that list, a fact to be extremely proud
of!

In the end, I would like to leave you with a famous thought that should inspire you in every single day of your life!

                      The month of November has been very eventful for all of us. The region of Rajasthan was launched
                      with shows being conducted in the cities of Kota and Jaipur.

                      Another highlight of the end of the year was RE/MAX India winning the award for the “Best
                      Business Practices in Real Estate” at the North Central Real Estate Awards held in Delhi. We would
                      like to dedicate this award to all of you for all the work that each one of you put into using ethical
                      practices in your day to day business and creating a distinction for RE/MAX in the market.

RE/MAX has come a long way in the last few years and I am sure that RE/MAX in India will move to the next level from
being recognized as the fastest growing franchise network to becoming the most profitable Real Estate brokerage
network very soon.

The good news doesn't stop here because the year 2014 is ending on a beautiful note with Mr. Balajee, Regional Owner,
RE/MAX Hyderabad being recognized by Brands Academy for his contributions in the Real Estate sector.

I would like to make special mention about the teams at RE/MAX Delhi NCR and RE/MAX Hyderabad for their efforts to
give back to the society by participating in 'Airtel Delhi Half Marathon' and 'Swach Bharat Abhiyaan' respectively.

With 2015 just starting, I would like to leave all of you with one thought, that your Past has nothing to with your Future.
So start afresh with a positive frame of mind and make the best of the year to come. With that, I would like to wish all of

                  Real Estate: Why India can build hope ?
                                                              We have certainly seen a turnaround in
                                                              sentiment. Is that percolating down to
                                                              the real estate sector?
                                                              Yes. People have started noticing that there
                                                              is a strong government, which has made all
                                                              the right noises. The government started
                                                              with something as simple as the 'Swachh
                                                              Bharat Abhiyan' (Clean India Campaign) and
                                                              then made a grand announcement promising
                                                              homes for all by 2022. People feel good about
                                                              these measures. Emotion is what drives
                                                              purchase, and real estate is driven by a
                                                              desire to improve one's lifestyle. The fact
                                                              that everyone is hoping that the GDP will
                                                              improve and interest rates will come down is
                                                              adding a lot of positivity on the ground. The
